We had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get into our room because their systems were down. We were late to our dinner reservations

This hotel is staffed with friendly employees. They had a really nice breakfast buffet with lots of options. It has a nice little pool. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and get you everything you need for your stay. Clean rooms, dog friendly, lots of great eating and shopping options close by.

Ants in the bedroom in the shower/bathroom and on the bed, not sure why but they’re in the bed when we check in

Requested early check-in as I came into town for a wedding and wanted to drop off my belongings/get ready before the event. The people I spoke to on the phone the morning of were friendly and able to accommodate this for me and my friend. Due to availability of rooms, I did receive a different room than what I originally reserved but it worked out well since it remained at the same price.
As for the room itself and the amenities, it was good. The towels felt a bit rough/stiff, but were otherwise clean. The breakfast was filling and there were options available though the plates and utensils could have been cleaner.
Overall, a good stay and would return again.

I’d give it a 5 but disappointed with breakfast time.
With the surrounding hotels like SpringHill(our usual when here for tournaments) they move up the time for breakfast for the athletes when there is a tournament happening.
I wondered why there were not a lot of players here and the Springhill booked. I’m bummed coz I like it better here but with the team needing to be at The Grounds by 7, we need that breakfast open by 630. Oh well.

Very nice room and service. Makesh handled our check in and was very personable and professional. Breakfast in the morning was good (not great). Easy checking and out. New building and clean.

The room itself was good. I did not like the automatic fan feature in the bathroom as I would have preferred to be able to turn it on/off manually. Also, the conditioner was out when I went to take a shower which was not ideal.

I booked and paid for a two queen room and on arrival we were given a room with one bed - for 4 people. The customer service was terrible. We were not provided a refund or reimbursed for the difference of the room charge. In fact, we were continuously blamed for their mistake. Apparently when they oversell it doesn’t matter what room you book.
As for the room, it was directly in front of the elevators. There is no constant fan so all night we heard people getting on and off the elevator, along with the dings.
We went down for breakfast at 7:33am and all of the hot food was gone, including the coffee.
Overall it was miserable. I do not recommend.

Everything is very good except for the cleaning staff who didn't want to return my son's shoes 😡 and the manager could never solve it so very sad that there are such dishonest people

This hotel was super modern, elegant, and very clean and quiet. Close to the casino, and the surrounding city has a lot of things to do. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but could use some improvements. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

I’m surprised this hotel is rated 2 stars!! The room is soo modern n spacious! We loved it! Definitely come back if we hear again.
