For the price we paid, it was amazing. You get what you pay for. We stayed here because it was cheap and economical for us. But that being said it was again what we paid for.

Dockside was very clean and comfortable. It’s definitely a place we will stay again and it’s a great place to stay for the price.

Love this hotel ! Very comfortable , convenient and kid friendly. I will sugest a little playground for small kids , and Universal need to do better acomodating big families, the shuttle is convenient but they put to manny people in it that is uncomfortable , stroller should be able to go un without have to get them in folding , With small kids is very challenging. Other than that the beds ar so comfortable , Recomendation to put a recycling bin in each room to be ecofriendly

Good choice for universal parks the pool was nice the rooms were clean and the park was 5 min drive ! Did not have a long stay but we enjoyed the night we had

Loved our stay here. Very family friendly. Room was nice and clean. The pool was great and even though we didnt use it i loved that they had a sand area there. All the staff on the premises were friendly and eager to help if you needed them. Check-in was great. I liked that our key cards are ours to keep as souvenirs and have our names on them. The shuttle to Universal is definitely a bonus. While im sure there are times that people waited, we did not. Always a shuttle available when we needed it. And the fact that they run so late was nice for late night meals. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. And i'm looking forward to staying here in the future.

The hotel would have been better but the room seemed a little dirt and found a used bar of soap in the bathroom floor upon first arrival into my room.

Loved the vibe and decor. Check in staff friendly. Only negative was design of bathroom, door to toilet/shower awkward to get in and out of bathroom.

Fantastic 1 night stay here. Extremely convenient for Orlando shopping and universal parks. Great amenities. Felt more like a moderate hotel than a value one. 2bed suite was amazing value and very comfortable.

The hotel is good if you are going to Orlando. The hotel has a great pool and is pretty. The shuttle bus to Universal is a plus.
The downside, the check in lady was not nice and the wait to speak to customer service was long. The room was overly tight.

Mario at check-in was absolutely amazing! Every person we encountered was friendly and professional, and we were very happy with our room. The hotel itself was great and pretty easy to navigate.

Hotel was great . Down to the rooms the staff and all the amenities . The only complaint would be the entrance is a chaotic. People parking anywhere but that’s not the hotels fault just stupid and inconsiderate people. Maybe have security or staff be out to guide people where to park.

Great facility and even greater staff. Everyone was super helpful and nice and it made for a great overall experience. Upon coming home, we discovered that we've left behind 2 chargers. A quick phone call (live person picking up right away), and the forgotten items were shipped to us and we received them in two days! Would definitely return.

This is our third year staying at this property for HHN. We love the healthy snack options in the cafeteria. The shuttle buses run very frequently and are easy to navigate. The pool is huge and gym has a lot to offer.

Very nice, easy accability to the shuttle to take you to and from City Walk and the Parks. Nice food options through our the day, although they could stand to be just a bit warmer sometimes. This was a great choice for us. 20 minutes from the Airport.

This hotel was beautiful and offered conveniences such as souvenir shop and dining options with great food. The transportation was great and no wait most times. Will definitely be staying here again and again.

This was our third stay here and it is still a really good hotel with great facilities. Yes the walls are thin and you can literally hear everything going on around you but ear plugs do the trick. The Pier 8 dining is still as good as ever and park shuttles are brilliant. The loungers around the pool need a good clean now and a certain bartender needs to learn some bar etiquette on serving those at the bar first rather than the ones he knows and chats to. Several people walked away from the bar as sick of waiting. Overall a really good hotel but it could be better and I think prices will jump significantly when Epic Universe opens next year.

At check in, the front desk staff was pleasant and polite, even with long lines. Multiple outdoor pools were clean (liked the sand area just like a beach), had plenty of towels, pool bar staff were great, and there were plenty of lifeguards. The food court had a good variety to choose from and had a nice salad bar.
Definitely, a well run hotel and we would stay again!

For visiting the Universal theme parks, this is a convenient option. We had a 2-room suite, which had plenty of room. Leave the car here - and take their buses to the park - about a 10-minute ride and they run every 10 minutes. Starbucks in the lobby, and a convenient cafeteria-style restaurant work well for quick meals.

It was nice but check in took forever, and then we got approved for late check out, but house keeping would not stop knocking on our door every 10 minutes and they even had the front desk call us, the front desk then realized we had late check out and apologized. They woke us up 2 hours early for nothing, ruined the point of having late check out.

Great place to stay. Clean, convenient, and a great pool! The shuttle was always available to ride to the park. Check in was a bit crowded.

The hotel is great and love the food options with the market place. The food options need to be changed more often than the usual that I have seen from my last three stays there. I had an issue with the parking charge as the fee changed between the time of my booking. It took three visits to the front desk after the first time saying it was resolved. That is ridiculous that it wasn't taken care of the first time when I told it was. Leave the pool open an hour longer during the week and weekend.
