Third time at this hotel. Little luxury gifts that we used to get were missing this year. No biscuits or water in the room. No free drink on arrival. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

My 11 year old son was extremely ill overnight and the staff were amazing. They gave us another room and insisted on cleaning it themselves even though we were willing to clean up after him. We were so impressed by the kindness, efficiency and professionalism that the staff provided in a difficult situation for us.

This hotel is AMAZING value for money. This was our second stay while visiting family. Desk staff are welcoming and cannot do enough to help. Room is spotless. Warm and comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast included and is off the scale fab! Great choice of food and the waffle maker……well what can i say! Hats off to every member of staff who make this hotel great!

Second time staying here and will do so again. First time to have evening meal and delighted by the choice and value for money as there is a kids menu as well. Good clean comfortable room for family of 4.

Lovely staff, very friendly. Felt comfortable from the start. Lovely room very clean and so quiet we slept very well.

The room I stayed in was fine but it was a very cold night and we couldn't get the heating to work properly. However the staff were great and went out of their way to make sure I was warm enough by bringing a heater and extra duvet.
Biggest let down was the menu. Extremely poor choice of food for a hotel. Basic pub grub (burgers, pizza, curry) and nothing lower calorie/healthy on the menu - even salads were very high calorie and no-one really wants a salad in November. Ordered a burger and the food was tasty and well cooked but I would've preferred something more inspiring and lower calorie

Nice place right next to race track.
Ample parking and was literally 5 mins from where I had to work so fantastic.
Rooms were nice and comfortable. Good showers with all the added soaps etc….
Our evening dinner was ok but breakfast was very good.

Modern 180 bedroom hotel with comfortable beds. This is our third stay and hasn’t disappointed. Excellent cleanliness- top marks to the housekeeping team. Good reception and breakfast vibe- lots of guest interaction and great atmosphere.

For a one-night stay (went for a football game in Glasgow and this hotel is well-located) this was perfect, The room was very clean and modern: beds were comfortable, with no noise heard to disturb us: no complaints about the bathroom, and decent soap, conditioner etc. Easy check-in, good-sized car park, and a good breakfast to get us on our way the next day, Also nice to look out over the racecourse.
Very friendly cleaning staff, and all staff we met were helpful.

Hotel was clean, well maintained. Male at reception on arrival was very blunt when asking about checking in early charges are 10 pounds per room per hour. The tone and manner was un professional. Dog's seem to given prioity bowls throughout reception, free dog treats. A member of the party was told off by reception staff for eating non hotel food in reception after restaurant had closed, no obvious signage and as stated above with preference given to dog bowls.

We stay often in this hotel we got allocated a disabled room which isn’t what we booked we retuned to reception to request a room change. The man on reception allocated us a double room so everything was fine. The hotel rooms are looking fresher looks like they have been painted recently.

Great staff, warm welcome after a long journey, room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless, had evening meals in restaurant which were very god, breakfast was great a big buffet, a bit disappointed they didn't offer the traditional Scottish ie haggis

We loved our very brief stay here and would have loved to stay longer. Our room was comfortable and plenty space for the four of us to enjoy a pleasant night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from for us and the kids. The waffle maker was a real hit!
We’ll definitely be back.

Great stay- clean modern and good service. Dogs were welcome for £15 extra- safe parking. Definitely great place to stop on route to Highlands. Will definitely use again.

Had a lovely stay here rooms were equipped with all you needed, staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovey with a lot of choices make your own waffles cereal full cooked breakfast and lots of choices of drinks. Would stay here again.

We arrived after a long drive, to find there was only 2 car spaces and they were disabled.
We went to check in and told the staff, they said that everyone had now checked in for the evening, so it was fine to park in the disabled spot.
Everything else was excellent, the staff, the room, the food. I signed up to your app and would recommend anyone to visit this particular Hotel. If I was coming back to Scotland I would use it again as well.

Absolutely quiet, even with 2 tour buses of folks! Good restaurant for dinner, and breakfast is included in the room cost. A huge variety on offer for breakfast, with hot and cold options, lots of protein choices, and even 4 types of jam for toast. I will def stay there again.

Staff were absolutely fantastic with us on our stay. Our dog became the centre of attention for the staff as she’s a proper “talker” and gobs off at anyone and everyone. We’ll definitely use this as our regular stop over on the way to Shetland each summer

We were there as a family of eight in four rooms. Rooms were modern and the hotel in excellent condition. the Bar in the lobby provided an excellent environment for our family to enjoy a post dinner coctail and visit with family members that live in the area. All in a great experience.
