We lucked out with this gem of a find! Area was terrific with many dining/shopping options and close to major highways. Staff was wonderful and friendly. They accommodated anyway they could.

My go to hotel in Jacksonville. It is close to Town Center, about 15 minutes to the beach, right by the highway for easy access to other parts of the city. The staff is always friendly and service always reliable.

Easy, quick and informative checking by staff. Great location- near Publix, restaurants, shopping and recreation. 10 minutes drive to zoo, 5 minutes to museum. Room is quiet but visible age and wear. No complaints considering the good rate. Kudos to staff. I would stay again due to location and rate.

Great stay overall- the breakfast provided was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only recommendation for an opportunity to improve service is to have more pillows and towels available for guests. I am 7 months pregnant and requested an extra pillow but the rep at the desk stated “ they only left me one extra pillow and one towel to give out and I’ve already given them away” I don’t understand the stingy approach to pillows and linens and really needed an extra pillow as I forgot mine. This is the reason for my rating. Everything else was great!

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cold as you wanted. Coffee was great. Proximity to the highway made it a little loud in the room we were in. Maybe in a room facing a different direction you wouldn't have heard it as much. I would definitely stay here again.

Whenever I fly into Jacksonville this is the only hotel I prefer to stay in. Very clean and up to date, the staff is tremendously nice, and the property is in such a great location for food and dining options. Keep up the hard work.

Beautiful location, clean, but indicated pet-free hotel. Two men passed by me heading to their room (maybe construction workers?) with a large dog, obviously not a service dog. Dog did not bark, to my knowledge, so I didn't care too much. The dog-free sign is inaccurate, for those with allergies. Also, not the best breakfast I've had in a HIE hotel, but the lobby coffee was GREAT!!! (no coffee in my room to make...Not a fan of fake eggs at all, and selection of food very limited. Overall, I did like the price, and it was clean and friendly!

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the front desk and she was extremely helpful with getting us set up with our room promptly even though we arrived late at night. She was super sweet with our girls and immediately we felt at home. The rooms were super clean and very spacious! Love the sliding door separating the beds from the bathroom which made it a whole lot easier getting ready in the morning without disturbing anyone. I will definitely recommend this hotel!

I enjoy my stay here each time I’ve stayed. Lovely room, view, customer service has always been the best. The owner greeted my daughter who helped me check in and he was very welcoming and asked her if I needed extra towels or anything for my extended stay. Thank you for being such a nice hotel.
