Safe malfunctioned with my stuff in there .. although it was a Sunday .. the repair man was slow in arriving.. but HEY he fixed so all good in the end

Excellent as always. Staff are all exceptional from the minute they welcome you to the lobby staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Every time we call within the 10 minutes or less staff will be at your door to answer your request. I have a separate booking and just need another room for my grandma's visit. Looking forward to book to this hotel in the future.

Very convenient location with eateries nearby. Access to malls and train station within mins walk. Distance to airport approx 30 mins

My stay was good. The breakfast options have decreased from what I experienced 2 years ago at the same location.

In the heart of the city at Ayala and Amorsolo, Seda Residences Makati provides a workable base for any business traveler. Our one-bedroom suite had all the amenities for couples traveling together: separate desk nook with a view and plenty of light, full kitchen facilities, dining area, comfortable sitting area. I could shut the bedroom door if my husband had overseas calls at night and get some sleep. Very clean, Roselle the housekeeper should be commended. Great pool, and Misto rooftop restaurant on the 35th floor provides sunset views over drinks and ample hospitality at breakfast including Western and Southeast Asian selections. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg at the salad bar. Angelika, Jasmin and Danica greeted us by name each morning and found us an outside table with harbor view to enjoy over coffee. The staff were sensitive to my food allergies. Nearby SM grocery store, and there's an accessible pharmacy. Plenty of shopping/restaurant choices in the Ayala North Exchange building and surrounding area, plus we took advantage of the covered, elevated walkways to Greenbelt and Glorietta malls to avoid street traffic. Easy walk to Ayala Triangle. No worries finding a Grab taxi downstairs or booking hotel transportation to the airport, about a 15 minute drive. Happy to stay again. We'll be back!

Wonderful staff and management.

My spouse and I stayed here for a week for our wedding. The room was clean, large and very comfortable. We opted for the Premiere One Bedroom Suite. We had a corner room with a great view of the city from both front and side large windows. The WiFi it must be said was very poor. No mention was made of our wedding although the property staff knew about it. We had dinner twice at the rooftop restaurant. One just us and once a large group. Food was ok, but took a very long time to be brought out. The security for the building is good. There are several places right outside the building to visit and shop. We didn’t use the pool while there due to bad weather. On the whole we would stay there again probably. But likely eat elsewhere.
