Wonderful apartment, tastefully furnished, great location. Thoughtful groceries left to ensure you didn't have to rush out before a cup of tea and coffee. The only and i mean only negative thing to say was Parking was a challenge!

There was plenty of space in the apartment, it was clean, and getting in was easy. I requested AC units and there were none, when I asked about them upon my arrival, no one responded to my messages. The coffee maker leaked massively onto the counter. Other than those two issues, my stay was pleasant.

We had a nice time. However, don’t try to contact the property with any questions because they don’t do a good job getting back to you. Also, clothes dryer is a drying rack which is ok, but we wish we knew prior to coming. Overall it was a pleasant time. They left tea, bread, and milk which was very nice. Walkable to Windsor attractions, train to London, and bus stop right in front. Thank you.

I would highly recommend staying at this flat. The accommodations are wonderful. it is super clean and well stocked.

One tv remote control needed new batteries One toilet bowl was in a dangerous condition. It was only attached to the floor on one side. Cleanliness first class

This apartment was perfect for our trip! Within walking distance to shops and the high street. The coronation festivities were fab!! Very clean and they thought of everything. We will be back!!

Beautiful, spacious, well cared for property. Appreciated the welcoming details (bread, milk, coffee), ease of parking and walking access to Windsor Castle and shops. Only complaint is that blankets weren’t provided for the sofa bed (which we needed).

The apartment is very clean. We liked that we could cook a good meal after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is very neat and had provided all the utensils and cookware. It is also close to the windsor castle, a good 15 minutes walk along the shopping centre. If we come visit windsor, we'll definitely would stay here again.

The below ground level apartment no. 2 outlooked straight into parking lot for complex and there was no privacy with people walking straight next to the only windows you had and looking into bedroom where your head was on bed and living area. No nets on curtains so could only draw blinds and sit in darkness as solution. Not what was shown at all on website. The property manager refused to talk to us and would only text, wanting us to pay more for a better room. We noticed a similar apartment at front of building had frosted windows. Very unhappy and a shame as room apart from that was nice.

The welcome basket was great. Apartment is definitely in a lux area and is in great shape. Parking instructions were provided Minor gripe: We had only one shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels for a family of 3 until we requested for more for a stay of 3 nights.

Instructions were clear upon arrival. The property was exactly as described (actually a bit better than expected). Allocated parking space was a bit confusing as our space was taken but at least there were others...although might have taken someone else's...everything else was perfe t. Short and pleasant walk to windsor centre, plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants and of course, Windsor Castle as well!

The location is great and the apartment was very clean. The house keeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Now for the disappointing bits. We had no WiFi for the duration of our stay. As we were on the ground floor our windows would not open . The flat became uncomfortably warm and humid during the day and into the night. Overall the stay was not unpleasant but there were a few disappointing points .

All mod cons including apple tv, flatscreen tv, and Alexa. Location wise it was a few minute drive on a very straightforward route to legoland. A few minutes away from Windsor town and the castle. Finding the place was easy, parking was so convenient. We asked for an extra night and was accommodated. Tim the director was warm, welcoming and helpful on the phone. We will definitely be stopping here again. Exceeded expectations 😊

Fantastic location and apartment! Welcome basket was perfect!! Got there late and bread, milk, butter snacks coffee and bottle of Prosecco was a really nice treat to see! Management was great throughout the process! Definitely will go back!

Our stay was excellent. The home is cozy, clean and comfortable. There is free parking just next to the building. Will absolutely recommend to the family.
