Very good place to stay!

Hotel was the best I have stayed in while visiting Heilbronn

Good breakfast and nice service.

We had a great stay here. Only one night but really comfortable & convenient for us. Our favorite thing was the excellent breakfast. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Heilbronn.

I had a very pleasant stay. However there was no warm water for 2 consecutive days. Apparently a problem with the heat supplier. That can happened, however the issue was handle poorly, no communication or any token of apology.

Check in was easy, all good english speaking staff, Parking was a little tricky at first, but found it on second go, it is located beside the fuel station opposite the hotel entrance, then you park underground, easy access to the hotel from there. Room as spotless, everything you need, beds super comfy, and the best of all mini bar stocked, and replaced everyday, excellent service, Breakfast was okay, but remember, at 10am, its over, and i mean, bang on the button, so ensure you have all your food by then. Location is excellent right beside the S Bahn, and shops etc.

We visited Heilbronn for Christmas with our son. Park Hotel was centrally located and provided great service. The breakfast is well worth the cost and provided a good start to our day. Small services such as having having umbrellas for guest to use and fresh fruits at the reception makes a big difference. This hotel is new, so there are all the updated elements of modern bathrooms most travelers have come to except. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice and very clean hotel.

Neat and comfortable stay.

On the night of our stay at about 4.30 in the morning the fire alarm went off. Our ears were ringing for days after, considering the volume was so extreme. Had to run out, it was quite windy and cold, and caught a cold. Just got back to our room, took us a little while to calm down, got to bed when another alarm went off. Took them half an hour to turn it off. The next day at the reception desk they told us it was because of the wind and we got a casual ‘sorry’. No reduced fee, no voucher for some future stay, no real apology of any kind. The fact that we got sick, that our ears were hurting, that we ended up lacking hours of sleep, that we’d almost missed our flight because of it - didn’t seem to bother them whatsoever. Next time we’ll most likely book our stay someplace else.

Modern new hotel option in Heilbronn, exceeded my expectations! Staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious and very well kept.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise in the middle of our Europe trip. We were just passing by, tired, and decided to spend the night there. It feels 4 or even 5 stars, it has an excellent sauna, and the rooms are very comfortable.

First time taking a trip overnight in 2021. Wondering how traveling will be, a lot of services in hotels are limited or don't have like breakfast buffet. Still the prices are the same. So I'm picky about where I'll stay for the price. Loved the location and the room was great with AC and a fridge! All new. Would stay again. Thank you for mailing me my phone charger!
