Great location within walking to the acropolis, shopping and most other important ruins. Beautiful room with old stone walls and modem amenities. They graciously let us check in right after arriving from the US which made our long jet lag day in the hot weather so much easier

We stayed at the hotel twice (before and after an island trip). The location is excellent. Staff members are very nice and courteous. The breakfast is also great. However, the Superior Room is only on the "first and second floors"--in American terms it is on the second and third floors, there being no elevator, and the stairs are very steep and winding, so if you have mobility issues or are an elderly person, you should beware. I talked to the hotel about it for the first stay and received a first-floor room but did not specify it for our second stay--big mistake, for we ended up on the "second floor," which was very challenging to get to. When I brought this up at the reception when checking in, the lady said, "Well we are all full and you are the last guests who checked in today, so there's nothing we can do about it." While it was the honest truth, perhaps she could have been a little more diplomatic about it, especially considering they are supposed to be an "Expedia VIP access hotel" and we are Expedia VIP members, who in addition had recently stayed at their hotel just a week ago. BTW I think the "Expedia VIP" thing is a joke, not worth anything for a bottle of cheap wine that was too sweet for our taste.

Our experience was very comfortable. It’s a great location, being within a 10 minute walk away from most significant/must-visit spots. The service was wonderful and they were always ready to help when we needed them.

Clean interiors, very friendly staff.

Very friendly and informative welcome upon arrival. We were even escorted to our room and given instructions on the use of the air conditioner, coffee machine, etc. The room was outstanding -very clean, attractive, and thoughtfully designed and equipped.

This was just a short stay at the end of our vacation, but this cute boutique hotel is right in the middle of the best area of town, close to everything, and very clean and modern. Our rooms were large and well appointed, the staff friendly and very helpful. Overall,a wonderful experience and excellent value as well.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The rooms smelled like it was smoked in. The bathroom was not fully clean. There was residue/dust on the bathroom floor, it was still unclean. The lower level rooms are pretty much right in the small lobby. Only the door separates you from the noises in the lobby. The graffiti issue is awful all around Athens.

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes smoke. The bathroom smelled the same. The bathroom was not fully clean. There was dust and residue on the bathroom floor. The shower and showered grass was not fully clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating, however, that was the only good thing about it. The rooms that we had were on the lower level near the lobby and it was almost as though we were sleeping right in the lobby. We were only separated by the door. You could hear everything and it was very disruptive and we couldn’t sleep.

Excellent fun location!

Fantastic location convenient to the Plaka and an amazing loukumades place. Beautiful room with great aesthetic. We had a main bed, pull out chair and pull out sofa. Very good for a group

Lovely stay. Location was great. Easy to get to everything.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. They made sure they were very accommodating. My daughter lost her luggage in airport and they went out of their way to contact the airport and get answers. We received the luggage! They were attentive to my 9 and 10 year old. Just great service and very clean! Highly recommend. In the middle of the Athens scene.

Great location close to every thing! There are 3 buildings in all. The one we stayed at was less than a minute walk to the front desk. We had 3 rooms and the hotel was able to accommodate our family so we were all in the same building. There was no elevator in our building but they had a porter to bring the luggage up to our rooms. 2 of our rooms had a huge outdoor patio. The last room had a balcony and was on the street side where there was some noise at night (Many tourist stay out too late). The one knock I have was the balcony door did not lock. Breakfast is great as well.

What a beautiful hotel! Right in the heart of everything. Easy access to Monistraki square and Plaka. Many shops and restaurants so close. The rooms were gorgeous. Good breakfast. Staff was very helpful and accommodating

The property location is great! It is in close proximity and within walking distance from all main attractions in Athens. The staffs are friendly and supportive. The property has a number of apartments in different locations and some are on relatively quiet streets and others are not. We were placed in an apartment on a quiet road during first part of our stay. After few days of island hoping, when we returned the last night we were given a room that was on a noisy road and we could hardly sleep at night.

Had a great stay overnight on our way into Greece for a 2 1/2 weeks vacation! Centrally located with great staff and very nice accommodations! We enjoyed ourselves and are heading back end of this very week!

Amazing location, was at the heart of the city. On the flip side it was noisy for the same reason. There was an issue with shower water - we had sporadic cold and warm water coming through the shower in both the rooms we rented.

Nice hotel, great location, good breakfast. Street noise at times, but I wear earplugs so it didn’t bother me.

The Hotel is in a great location for all the historic sites , easily walkable. Shops and Restaurants on your doorstep , room and breakfast were very good with very helpful reception staff. Dislikes although the road is minor it is quite noisy, also replacement room beverage capsules should be non chargeable.

there should have been an armchair in the room the layout was kind of awkward

The apartments were ideal for a city centre stay. We had a small balcony so we're able to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The rooms could be noisy but this was city centre so to be expected. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage with them on the last day. Rooms were clean, well equipped, breakfast was great with child friendly food.
