On arrival, the check-in clerk was very rude and impatient! I had made reservations online and she told me I only had one room booked! After a very trying time with her, She finally figured it out through our keys to our room on the counter never told us where we were staying and walked away! Unfortunately, my daughter was very upset with her, and of course told her so! The rest of our Stay was fine! The beds were comfortable the bathroom floor was not clean, but overall the room was Very nice and comfortable! When checking out early for our fishing trip, the young man at the counter was extremely nice very pleasant and check me out with no problems at all! I don’t know what his name was but he was fantastic! Unfortunately, I’m not sure. I’ll ever stay there again because of her, she double charged me and now I have a A charge I have to figure out! We stayed here last year, and it has a beautiful view of the lake! And close to Jolly Rogers! But after you’ve traveled a while and greeted so rudely, it doesn’t make you want to come back!

We had a really nice view of Lake Erie. It was nice to be able to take breakfast outside and sit. Restaurants are all close by. Rooms were nice. They were clean. It was very enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly and the view out back of Lake Erie was beautiful! The water was shallow enough to take a swim, saw 2 beautiful little girls taking a swim!!

Overall, it was a very nice place. The view was beautiful. The staff were all super friendly. Our tub was so slow to drain that 3 of us couldn’t take a shower back to back. One took a shower at night and I took one in the morning. My husband had to wait until the next night because the tub had inches of standing water. We let them know once and then again upon departure. Hopefully they fix it before the next guest arrives. Also, we were there 3 nights. Every morning was the exact same breakfast. It was good, but a little variety each day would’ve been nice. I did love the Oatmeal bar, just would’ve been nice to have something a little different to choose from each day.

Views of Lake Erie great!!

There was an overwhelming amount of may flies throughout the hotel. Also, we attempted to get some juice from the machine and one flew right out.

Wonderful hotel! The rooms were great.. there is an area to sit out back by the lake, and the breakfast was the best we’ve had at a hotel in a while.

Great view, staff, breakfast,outdoor patio and pool. The beds were quite possibly the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. Everything else was amazing.

We had an excellent stay! Waterfront room was the best! You could see the lake from your room, nice and clean and staff was very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend.

This is such a nice hotel. We stay here every year when we go birding at Magee Marsh.

I liked the view and staff were friendly. The pool was really cold for indoor pool. That was one of the reason we stayed there was the indoor pool.

Front desk person was through and had great guidance. Very fast check in.

Our room had a funky smell. It was a little like lake water smell, or a moldy smell. I told the desk clerk that I believed that the shower had black mold behind the wall. It was seeping out of the holes in the shower wall that the faucet and shower head were on. I hope they looked into my complaint.

The property was nice right on the water . Breaksfast was ok nothing special . Room was nice it could have been cleaned better found someone hat in a corner of the room . And saw a few hairs in the bed.
