Nice room and front desk personnel were wonderful

We were just passing through the area on our way to visit friends. Aiden was especially helpful and friendly when we checked in on Saturday. The man overseeing breakfast in the morning made sure everything was clean, orderly and neat as it should be.

Nice, fun hotel. Slept well. The sound of the traffic was actually relaxing. The room had lots of places for your belongings. Liked the hooks for hanging items. Will likely look for Tru hotels for future trips.

Amazing! We were attending a concert at The Rose and the ability to walk to and from the venue was fantastic. It was a quicker walk than it usually is to my car following a concert. The hotel is clean and bright, the lobby area with seating and game tables to play was a nice touch. The staff was AMAZINGLY friendly to my husband and I and our son.
Only two things to improve; the breakfast hours on the website do not match the breakfast hours on site. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30 am and tried to come in when check out isn’t until 11:00am.
Room was bright and clean, highly recommend.

Wasn’t expecting paper plates and plastic knives and forks at breakfast for a Hilton hotel!!! Noise from other guests in corridor. Rather in the middle of nowhere.

The staff were very welcoming and kind, it was a cozy environment, very clean, the breakfast was fresh and tasty, as was the coffee.
The restaurant near by was walkable and the food was delicious.
It was a perfect location for us to get back on the interstate and continue travels.

Love that flooring in room wasn’t carpet. Seems cleaner, especially for a pet friendly place. Bed and pillows very comfortable. No issues with highway noise. Restaurant next to hotel was convenient. Free breakfast wasn’t available until later on a weekend, but travelers like me still want to leave early. Overall, a great place to stay.

Lovely hotel. The road noises was a bit loud. Maybe install thicker windows. Fun decor, nice breakfast, and if you have time they have activities in the lobby such as foosball, board games and puzzles.

Staff is fantastic and the hotel is extremely clean. You walk across a parking lot and you are right at the music venue. You can walk the other direction to a sports bar that has great food and ice cold beverages. It is located easy walking distance away from other establishments so if you're looking to eat late after a concert get a list of places that deliver from the front desk.

The hotel staff was wonderful, friendly and fun! I was impressed with the cleanliness but there was some dried dirt out simmering in the toilet. Other than that, very nice hotel!

If you are going to a concert at Rose Music center this is the place to stay! You can walk to everything. Quiet,comfortable and clean. Staff excelled.

Beautiful hotel and excellent customer service! I believe her name was Karen she was outstanding and made check in a breeze! Even changed our room to accommodate being able to see our truck and trailer. She had great details of surrounding restaurants with discounts that were available to us. I hope she gets recognition for this review as she is the main reason I would return.

The door keys were all down so hard to come and go. The staff was super friendly, beds not great but otherwise no complaints.

If you have hearing loss, this place is OK. It sounds like you are in the middle of the freeway. The building was not built well. Very sad!

Lots of traffic noise as the hotel is next to I-70

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Room faced highway so some road noise. Water pressure low. Nice breakfast and lobby comfortable and clean. Coffee in lobby but not in room. Would recommend and will use again.
