Property stated only 1 room but my Expedia app clearly said 2 rooms, pools green and shut down, stains on sheets, clogged shower drains, not hot water...very disappointing experience and nothing like fotos on Expedia

Reservation through Expedia said 2 rooms booked, at office said only 1. Stained sheets, pool out of service, clogged drains, no hot water, dark paths to get to rooms

The property is primative but nice. My only and main gripe is the wifi is horrible, most times you dont have it.

Service was great but the rooms need to be updated. There are some rooms that have no windows at all, very depressing. The AC was not working the first but they gave us a much better room . Staff was the best that will be the main reason for me to comeback to this hotel..

Mi familia y yo rentamos 5 habitaciones por tres dias , las cuáles no tenían agua caliente, ni hay calefacción y pasamos un frío insoportable, estábamos a 3 grados y tuvimos que bañarnos con agua helada porque todos los dias reportamos en Recepcion y nos decian Que le darian solución y en todos los días que estuvimos ahi no pudieron solucionarlo, no nos cambiaron las toallas de baño , los cuartos olian exageradamente feo, tuvimos que comprar aromatizante para poder soportar el olor, me parece injusto pagar 5 habitaciones por tres noches y estar incomodos, sinceramente me siento muy decepcionada del servicio del Hotel.En todas las habitaciones, focos fundidos

beds are extra hard, shower is stained tiles, drain smell came out of the bath rooms and founds roaches.

Upon arrival the room selected had no windows. I asked for a riom with a window and was taken to a lower quality room, and tild it was the only other room available, but when I checked on Expedia and their were better rooms qhen I asked aboit this they then relenteed and showed me the riom but only after i had unpacked in the other riom.

The actual room was not like the advertising. I’m very easy to please and I was not pleased. The mattress was about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. The bathroom was beyond disappointing. The shower head had water shooting in every direction and the water pressure was severely lacking. The sink only had one operational knob and that was the cold water. To make matters worse, there was no water at all in the bathroom on Sunday the day before we left. Not o e single drop. Let’s just say we will not make the same mistake twice. Air B&B from now on.

Unique views of the Barranca de Huentitan! Multiple pools, with views and outdoor seating. The beds were firm and because I suffer with back pain it was one of the better nights of rest! We had a jacuzzi inside the room with Jets and it made for a relaxing night. My family lives close by but to not burden them with taking care of guests we decided to stay here and I will Definitely do the same next time I visit!

It's a nice hotel for couple days, some rooms are too small. Some rooms have the bathroom too small to. But it has a very nice view also from the restaurant.
