The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was nice and clean. All the amenities were of high-quality.

Terrible WiFi. Worker using his leaf blower at 7am. Loud loud and loud. Never got a smile from the staff at front desk but rather a mere mechanical corporate and unnecessary “how can I help?”

The bed was too soft, and the pillows flattened out with no support. The toilet paper was so cheap it soaked thru instantly. The bidet was nice, especially the heated seat. 5Fifty Five restaurant was good for a quick meal, we had burgers.

The hotel is quiet even if is just front of the street. Room & bathroom are clean. Easy parking.

Overall the stay was good. The only thing is the noise from the street traffic, although we stay on the 5th floor, we still hear cars zooming down Atlantic Avenue. In addition, the walls between room weren’t able to block the noise from next door, you can hear people talking, coughing, TV sounds.

I can't understand why the fire alarm bell rang loudly in the middle of the night for no reason, which affected the quality of the accommodation.

hotel was great, rooms, dining areas, lobby, everything in good conditions, good neiborhood, most of the people in the hotel was from asia, about 40 minutes of touristic places

We had a reservation for two rooms and they were only able to give us one before we had to leave for our event. It was 3:45pm and we didn’t get it until we came back at 02:30am. Not mindful not demure

The lobby is huge and provide lots of seat for chatting and bubba tea which is plus .unfortunately my room tv is not working . Overall satisfaction.

Getting to the hotel from the street is a little tricky because you can only drive in one way. Our stay was over a weekend and on Sundays the Bistro stops selling food at 10:30am, Five55 is closed, the line to Chef Tonys is insane and they cancelled the order I place online.
Front desk helpers were so helpful and friendly. Especially the woman with the purple in her hair. My main issue with the room was the TV was totally crooked, the fridge wasnt working and still had someone elses drinks and food in it.

This hotel is a 10/10 for my expectations. The rooms are nicely modernized, exceptionally cleaned, parking is really affordable, and the staff are friendly upon checking in and checking out. It’s my 3rd visit here and nothing but great vibes every time I come, plus the many more to come!
