Awesome, cute in with very accommodating staff and facilities. The included breakfast was super tasty and fresh. Walkable tona ton of good restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay there again!

Overall a decent option to stay near Ithica downtown/Ithica Commons. The room (Carriage House suite) definitely quite older interior and so had some of the quirks of retrofits such as a noisy in-window A/C unit. The oddest were two antiquated “TVs” connected to old Cisco Set top boxes. The TV screens were smaller than most laptops (even tablets!) like older RCA TV. We ended up not watching anything but… we couldn’t.

The staff is very friendly. The house is like a castle. Very gorgeous!

Such a unique place to stay!! Beautiful vintage decor, an absolutely delicious breakfast and walkable to so many things to do! So many nice touches such as a coffee bar, afternoon treats, and a beautiful yard to relax in!

The William Henry Inn was lovely, with homemade cookies and desserts, tea and coffee put out for your enjoyment in the afternoon. How nice it would be for the inn keeper to greet you warmly for your stay. However, this inn is a self check in. A code is sent and a key and instructions are left for you to find the room yourself. A delicious breakfast was served by the inn keepers daughter who was very pleasant. It’s a shame the same welcoming is not given to you when you arrive!

We had a wonderful stay at Inn. Comfortable bed, great breakfast and close to everything! Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay and well located. Around the corner from Cascadilla Gorge Trail and Town center for Dinner. Breakfast was great and evening desserts much appreciated!

A beautiful, stately inn just two blocks from the Commons, amazing shopping and dining and owners who could not be more accommodating and lovely. Stay here if you can. You will love it.

Location, location, location

We stayed one night while visiting daughter at Cornell. Great location. Walking distance from downtown and Ithaca Commons. Vintage vibe. Very good breakfast.

An Inn in a nice area, very nice common areas, small with only five rooms. Our room needed some upgrading; shower was old with few amenities, and the bed had n aged, non-flat mattress for the price paid of $300 per day. There is no air-conditioning and the TV was the size of my laptop. Breakfast was great and staff (seen only at breakfast) were very nice.

Nice and convenient

I was VERY disappointed with obvious effort to not have any interaction between staff and guests. I did not feel welcome when I arrived. Coffee was almost cold. The AC in our room was very loud.

We (two people, husband and wife) chose this B&B in Ithaca based on good reviews, we were not disappointed. The William Henry Miller Inn is a historic house about one block from the Commons. We had excellent instructions from the inn keeper on how to arrive and get into the house and our room. We had a scrumptious dessert waiting for us in the room. Our room was enormous with high ceilings and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also enormous with modern amenities and fixtures. Everything worked well. I would not say the house is luxurious, it is comfortable and homey. The coffee and breakfast in the morning were prompt and delicious, the serving staff was courteous and cheerful. The house is large and the tables for eating are in various rooms so you do not have to join others for breakfast if that is not your cup of tea. In short. Perhaps the best thing about his property is the location--it is literally five minutes or less to the Commons with lots of dining and shopping options. Even so, it is quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back.

It's a beautiful historic building, and the location in Ithaca is perfect. Space in the room we had (Turret) was good, though the TV/monitor was smaller than I would have expected.

In general, the hotel has it's characteristics. Instant response service through text message is very natural and comfort even though without personal contact. Overall, love the style of the hotel. If I need to point out one thing which is the shower head that is too high so the water spreads up all over to a short person:) If the shower head is adjustable will be much nicer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our night at the William Henry Miller Inn! We received clear instructions on how to check in and get to our rooms, and were really pleased we could park at the parking lot before check in (and stay parked there a couple hours after checkout!). The desserts in our room upon arrival were delicious, as was breakfast the next morning! It felt homey and refined, like we were stepping back in time but in the best way possible. two blocks from the commons, a block from restaurants, it was just great. Highly recommend.
