The room is super clean, hotel itself is modern and located in the very city center. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast. Overall, we had excellent stay

Hotel has small rooms, no upgrade provided. The space was well organized in the room. Comfortable bed and shower space. I enjoyed the breakfast and they had a afternoon offering that ran until 2p which was nice after exploring for the day with small snacks and coffee. You have to walk to a cab, they can not pull up to the door so if raining this could be an issue but a good location for exploring. Some construction was taking place and some bad elements where hanging out in the area. We left earlier than breakfast time and were not offered a snack or coffee to take with us. They did not walk our bags to taxi either. These 2 services would really bring up my review.

The Boutique Hotel Museum was a great choice and i fully recommend it to everyone. The staff was very helpful, especially with parking and the bags. They do not have parking but will recommend a garage near b. The rooms are lovely, extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Location is perfect - near all the pedestrian avenues, close to sights and restaurants.

My friend and I stayed 4 nights at Boutique Hotel Museum and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice with some comfortable beds and good WI-FI. The breakfast was delicious and the location was just perfect in the old town with everything just around the corner. Can only highly recommend.

Everything was excellent. Great location, beautiful design, outstanding breakfast spread, at the centre of the city... Everything was perfect. The staff get a special mention. They were fantastic. They are extremely personable and highly professional. They were welcoming and helpful. Without question, they wanted to make my stay enjoyable. A special thanks to Matsa who, like the other staff, was warm and kind, and made me feel like I was home away from home. I loved the hotel so much, I extended my stay there and added a few extra unplanned days to stay there at the end of my trip. Without question, I will be returning to Boutique Hotel Museum again. Thank you to everyone there!

Had a two night stay at this lovely hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nice & the bed was comfy. It’s in a great location everywhere we went we could walk to. Lots of nice places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent 2 nights in April 2024 and had a lovely stay. The hotel location is excellent to see all the main tourist attractions and is also close to lots of places to eat and a nice large supermarket. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. You only get one small bottle of water on the day you arrive and the quality of the breakfast was a little variable. However there was a great selection at breakfast and also a few nice snacks available for free between 12:00 and 2:30pm. Didn’t use the gym or sauna but both looked nice. Would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade. Good value and excellent location.

A very comfortable and friendly hotel in the central area, quiet, with good wifi and excellent breakfast. The reception staff were very helpful and the massage in a local spa was very good, too. If you have a car, a public garage (Zeleni venac, for example) can be found within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Breakfast and lite lunch were both exceptional. The service at the desk, particularly Oskar, was excellent. We had never been in Serbia and the assistance with taxis was perfect. We asked for a trip to the countryside and Oskar found a great driver and tour person.

Location is ideal, just footsteps away from the Republic Square, shopping, and public transportation. Very clean hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. To our surprise, the hotel also offered afternoon snacks - delicious coffee and tea choices, tiny sandwiches, and tiny desserts.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is incredibly convenient for exploring Belgrade, the room was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the breakfast very much.
We had a health emergency one night and the receptionist was extremely helpful calling in the ambulance and translating for the healthcare professionals - we are ever grateful.
