It was a great experience! We were able to check in early, and Alan was our first point of contact. He was awesome!! So friendly and informative and helpful!! He and Tarese checked in with us throughout our stay via text, which was so sweet! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor, and had very little noise from other rooms or the hallway. The breakfast was fantastic! We loved the pancake machine! We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we come through town!

Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Everything was new and well designed. Water pressure in shower was wonderful. Location was great for an event at UTEP.

Great hotel, very clean and staff was super nice and flexible. We were able to check in a little earlier since our room was ready, I love how checkout is until 12pm! Gustavo was who checked us in and was extremely professional and courteous. Definitely will stay there again.

We choose this hotel due to past positive experiences with Holiday IE plus the location was close to relatives. The room smelled of sewer off an on. I had to get an air freshener. On the second day, the elevator smelled of urine. I reported both to the front desk and I did not see or smell any improvement.
The breakfast was not good. No fresh fruit (bananas, etc.) for both days. The refrigerator that had the yogurt was broken. The staff seemed uninterested and had no solutions.
The plus was easy access to the highway and there were some good restaurants in the area.
