Was me and my son. I felt very safe. Great area. There are stores, restraunts, shopping very very close by. The guy at the front desk was so nice and friendly. I felt super safe and super comfortable. This is my 2nd time staying here. Very clean and smells good. The price is reasonable as well.

Very pet friendly and there is a field right next to hotel where u can walk the dogs.
Room smelled new and clean.
A little mold on the shower door and hand soap bottle was not refilled.
Great to have good coffee and tea available at lobby 24/7
Not many restaurants nearby, just a few fast food style delis.
Overall, great place to stay for a quick shower and good nights sleep.

What I like about the property is the location.Then the building is amazingly well preserve; clean and beautiful decor. Lastly, the staff members are very professional and friendly. I definitely coming back.

Nice, clean good breakfast. Not very accommodating. They cancelled our reservation as our flight was delayed. We had to rebook at a much higher price for being one day late due to a flight delay. The room was very small, the TV didn't work most of the time.

The room was different, minimal yet adequate amenities. Bed was comfortable. The lobby was inviting and the staff was friendly, even with a late check in. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. No real complaints if you just need a clean place to sleep for a night or two.

Pretty basic for a Hilton hotel but I'm pretty sute thats the point. The room is huge though and the bathroom is huge and really nice shower setup. The breakfast was nice as well!

Room was clean and comfortable. Two hours after departing, I received a phone call from the front desk stating I left my car keys(I had two sets) in the room. The attendant said she would take my keys to the UPS store after she got off work. To be honest I wasn’t 100% sure I’d see them again, but four days later they arrived at my house. I’m so grateful for the staff who went above and beyond at this location!

It was decent, especially for the price. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I just think it is all around compact, everything seems right on top of each other. It can get really congested down stairs. The rooms were pretty good, nice design, clean....Bed could have been more comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast was pretty good.

Nice clean room. Quite basic but new furnishings. Could do with better soundproofing though as could hear people and tv in room nearby.

Interesting that they have a pool table -- in place of an actual pool. If I had had the time I would have played a game or two. Maybe next time. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. All the stars for the staff. Hotel is basic but clean and met our needs

This hotel was okay overall all but I do have one major safety problem. I was in a handicap room by choice. My complaint is that there were no grippies on the bottom of the bathtub. Once I used soap, shampoo, and conditioner, the bottom of the tub was so slippery that I had to finish the rest of my shower while constantly holding on to one of the wall railings. Even then I was still scared I was going to slip and fall. I was with a friend who also rented a handicap room, and she said her bathtub was very slippery too. Please Tru Hilton, put grippies on the bottom of your bathtubs!!!!!

We booked this stay last minute because we had a vehicle break down and it would not be repaired until morning. The night and morning staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The beds were comfy, air worked great, super clean, and breakfast was fantastic!

We usually have a very good check-in and time here at Tru by Hilton, but this time The clerk told me that I couldn’t park my pick up truck and trailer on the premises and I had to park in the street. Where he told me to park was a no parking tow away zone. This was very frustrating and disappointing especially after driving 12 hours to get here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the weekend and had a mixed experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was decent with no complaints. However, I was disappointed to find that my room was not cleaned properly. There were dried food stains on the lampshade, hair in the tub, and on the sink area. This aspect of cleanliness definitely needs improvement for a more satisfying guest experience.
