We had a superb stay that exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully restored and has a grandiose and stately feel. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The owners were extremely kind and attentive, the location was great, and the breakfast was delicious. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to others.

We loved almost everything about the B&B. The host were very welcoming and accommodating, the breakfast was excellent, we had a room with a little side porch that was great. It would have been 5 stars across the board except the bed could use a new mattress.

The owner was friendly, greeted us with a smile and chocolates and cookies were on offer when we arrived. Our room was spacious with our our own private porch. In the morning, many offers for breakfast and our avocado toast was delicious. We were too stuffed to enjoy the dessert on offer. The location is ideal as it's across the street from the racetrack and walking distance to downtown.

Your place was Outstanding! The house was absolutely beautiful and took us both back in time. The room was huge and so classically decorated. the breakfast was top class restaurant worthy and had numerous choices each morning. The location was perfect! Literally a 3 min walk to the entrance of Saratoga Race Track. Would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Saratoga.

We loved staying in this antique bed & breakfast. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and it was fun to sit on the porch and watch the horse track happenings. It was a convenient walk to the track and town and a quiets night sleep. Jo was very available and yet, we had our privacy. We’ve stayed several places around Saratoga and this was one of our favorites!

Warm welcome by Jo! She explained where everything was. My room was awesome! Breakfast was amazing with a yogourt bar and a choice of omelet or french toast. Omelet was excellent!!

Staff is very kind. I didn’t have a chance to grab breakfast but the options seemed delicious (omelette, french toast, etc.)
Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was detached from the room but it was just for our use. It’s an old, but very beautiful house. One of the more unique stays I’ve had.
It’s about a 20 minute walk to the heart of the town and sometimes can be difficult to get an Uber. Most people who visit may be driving, but we just happened to take the train up from the city.
It would be cool to stay here again with my whole family - if we each stay in one of the bedrooms.

This B&B was so charming. The location could not have been better. It's across the street from the race track and right next to the horse racing museum. There were no races while we were there, but we did get to see them practicing in the morning. There is also a lively bar about 3 doors down. Breakfast was great and they even made us a to-go bag because we had to leave early in the morning.

Beautiful old Victorian house. Right across the street from the (horse) race track. Walkable to Congress Park, downtown and great restaurants. Very nice innkeepers.

I’ve never stayed in a B & B (and I’ve experienced many) that has so many original fixtures and interesting antiques (THREE reed organs). We got to experience Lillian Russel’s needles shower—still working 117 years after installation. Proprietors were friendly, bubbly, sweet. Fantastic location. Perfect visit!

The inn itself is historically very interesting, unique and fun architectural structure, and a very short drive to hopping town. The breakfast on the porch was lovely and tasty, prepared by an excellent chef, but leave plenty of time. Our second day we needed to depart early and were much less impressed by the to-go breakfast they prepared for us. But I'd highly recommend staying there.

Saratoga Dreams is one of the best B&B's I have visited in my life. JoAnne & Cathy are truely wonderful and beautiful people. Chef Mike creates the most delicious food, that I cannot even describe how fantastic it was. A most memorable New Years weekend. I will definitley be back again.
