I stayed with my husband and 2 young kids and absolutely loved it. The staff was wonderful. The ladies at the cafe were incredibly sweet and kind to my 3 year old, who visited almost daily during our stay. My only complaint was the food. There wasnt much variety and it felt like we were eating the same thing everyday.

What is unique about this resort is that it is a cruise on land, everything was absolutely a beautiful experience and the Preferred Club members is highly recommended for those who want a vacation. If I have learned about Dreams Macao Beach in Punta Cana, then it is the spot to go to, and the travel package is worth it.

Staff was tremendous.

Completely disgusted with Expedia and Dreams. Our flights were cancelled one hour before departure. This has been a nightmare trying to get a refund from Dreams. Expedia communicated they were handling the issue and after repeated auto generated emails we are still waiting on a $2,000 refund. The worse travel service.

Great great property!!! Loved everything about it. But do not i repeat , DO NOT BOOK THIS THRU EXPEDIA. they cost me extra extra extra dollars because they didn’t let dreams Macao know that I had children and not infants. So when I got there I had to pay for my children’s stay even though I was told I already had.

A very nice Hotel and staff

Property was OK. Staff was average food was average.

Property I can say is average compared with others I have been to , check in was not pleasant not because the staff member but the hotel did not available the room that I paid for , they were offering to sleep in a different one for the 1st night and then move to the one I reserved next day, I have two kids which that option would it be so inconvenient for me, after 30 min back and forth my room was available , that was kind of weird though, first was not available and then suddenly it was. The buffet did not have variety of food a lot of vegetables , 4 types of fruits only and a lot of salads, for the kids every day they got to offer the same food, dessert was not that great, meat not a lot only fish and chicken , the towels were not clean at all they look yellow , instead of look white and clean. The main pool was open until 8 pm however the bar closes at 6pm, they should close the bar at the same time they close the pool at. I was in the proffered club and I did not feel at all the difference between me and other people , anybody can go to any pool even though when they are not preferred. The common areas and landscaping were clean and nice take care off, the trim itself needs better cleaning services.

Good selection of all inclusive restaurants with great food. Rooms and surrounding gardens we well looked after. Hotel were very amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially Ruth and entertainment team Aka Victor, Bieber, Baby Face and Michael Jordan.

Great stay at Dreams. Kids loved the food and activities. Swim-up room was gorgeous. Staff was friendly. Butler was responsive. Girls in kids club were great. Overall great vacation!

Our stay was satisfactory. Staff were friendly. I would have liked to have access to fresh fruit/veggies drinks all day long, not limited to morning hours only (although there was fresh fruit at the main buffet place almost all day long).

Great property, food was sub par, and the staff sometimes entered our room when we were inside. Otherwise i would recommend and stay here again. Great pools, lazy river, activities, water park. Friendly staff.

What I like that the property had entertainment and activities for every age group. The Dominican people are very kind, friendly and polite.

The lazy river and taco truck were great Beach was great, very strong waves so did have to be careful. The ala cartes were great

We did not enjoy the food options, very limited food options and it is very complicated to make any restaurant reservations unfortunately. We did enjoy every else, the resort is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and kind.

Great place to visit

We went with a large group for a destination wedding. The wedding on the beach was beautiful and the reception was fun! We stayed 4 nights at the resort and had a great time. I loved that there was a preferred pool for adults only. In the afternoon the staff came around with snacks. The fruit skewer was so refreshing. There were several dining options and the buffet had something for everyone. The beach was beautiful. I would stay here again.

Bathroom tiles are very dirty …coffee maker in the room 5206 don’t work we need it more towels etc very disappointed 😩

There are limited food options in the buffet as we found ourselves eating the same thing every day. I recommend the Italian, hibachi, and seafood restaurants. The AC was making a terrible sound in room 5226 which disturbed our sleepy nights. Housekeeping was always available. However, the lady in the morning time was resistant to change the sheets making me feel like i was asking for a favor. The girl in the late afternoon is very pleasant. All staff members at the CoCo Cafe were great! Including Maria, Kendra, Maian and the guy overnight. Joel was great during the VIP service process. Moses at the lazy river went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The girls at the explore club were amazing and detail oriented about everything. They made me feel at ease. All servers at the beach including the security guards were great, very attractive and friendly. We felt safe. Everything is nearby. The spa is super clean, comfortable and all staff members are happy, friendly and communicated effectively. The lobby area needs an AC as it gets incredibly hot. The fans are not enough.

The villa area was awesome, highly recommended.
