Nice place

Very clean and nice staff

I had booked the 2 bedroom suite with Expedia. On check in day, I arrived 2 hours earlier, and I was told that room was not ready. So, I went to explore the city, and I come back around 11 PM. At that time, I was told that they cancelled my reservation because they did not have my information. However, they told that the room that I booked was not available due to a problem with the carpet. Fortunately, they had available rooms. I was offered 2 single bedrooms instead of 1 suit with 2 bedrooms. The hotel was clean, the room was big

Nice place staid one night

Very nice property. Felt very comfortable staying here for 2 days . We loved it !!

We stayed in a double room suite. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and utensils. The space over all was clean and comfortable. The hallway can be a bit noisy with people slamming their doors. Fortunately we were at the end of that hall so it wasn't too bad.

my stay was great! i really liked the studio suite. it was spacious and clean. i felt like i was home away from home. the staff were friendly. the location is great. its not too far from a walmart and target. it also had some pretty good fast food places near by. will stay again!

IT NEEDS JACUZZI

Friendly staff, quiet, clean , great work out room and one of the best free breakfast I’ve had at a hotel.

Very clean & modern. Bed was comfy, and kitchen had everything you’d need to cook a few meals. Would totally stay again.

Everything about this hotel was amazing

This hotel offers free guess parking, no amenity fees, very clean and staff is very helpful and accommodating. They have a free breakfast, nice little gym, small pool area and the lobby is very nice. Rooms come with a kitchen and a sofa bed, very roomy, and comfortable. There is a Starbucks in walking distance, and a Culver's restaurant too! The freeway is literally around the corner for your convenience, I highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel next time you're in the Avondale area, I'm coming back for sure!

The rooms are HUGE. I really liked that. The hotel is very well taken care of and the staff were very nice and personable. When my granddaughter has her 2nd birthday party next May I’ll be back

Our stay was very comfortable. We got a suite and it was very big and lots of room. Loved the kitchenette

After driving for 14 hours, I needed to relax. I used Hotels.com and found this hotel. I was pleased and slept well. The breakfast was delicious. I have no complaints.

Very convenient travel to and from on the highway

A little loud noise from no.10 but always comfortable there.

Amazing property, friendly helpful staff, spacious clean rooms - couldn’t say enough good things about the staff here, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Sophia at reception who checked us in and out and was very accommodating to our late check out request. She was so friendly and remembered us throughout our trip which was a nice touch. All the staff would greet you throughout the day and were all very helpful. The property itself had great rooms, pretty basic but clean and everything you need. The only let down was the sofa bed, it was extremely thin and springy making it very uncomfortable. I ended up folding away the sofa bed and just sleeping on the sofa as it was, which was comfier but still not ideal. Other than this though, the property was perfect for our needs. Just off the I-10, plenty of parking spaces, and complimentary breakfast, and a great little pool area. Would highly recommend and I’m sure we’ll be staying again!

Modern hotel. Nice room with functional kitchen. We love the bed and pillows. Breakfast menu offerd great variety. A bit noisy if your room faces the highway. Highly recommended. We would stay there again.

I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Phoenix.

Breakfast was great. Staff friendly. Easy location and convenient. Quiet building. Can hear some traffic noise depending what side of the building you are on. It didn’t bother me but it might bother some.
