Cozy and friendly!

We stayed there for 4 nights. Hannah is super nice, we had no problem finding the place, she gives you her phone number for any questions and for help. The place is cute, big rooms, the bed is super confortable, the pool is clean. She has water for us, which is appreciated and cooks breakfast for every guests in the morning!! We found it nice to chat with everyone each morning. The only thing is that is further away in town, so 20 minutes away from the main center, we actually saw this as an bonus, it is quieter at night and you can enjoy the local food and cuisine, but to be considered if you want to stay close to the city center.

This was a fantastic guest house and the included breakfast was killer. Without a doubt, Baldwin’s has a stellar pool and pool bar area. The best!!

It was absolutely perfect for what we needed, and a lovely shift from the all inclusive we stayed at in Playa. We wanted to stay at alow key place while exploring Cozumel and «The Baldwins» was exactly that. Hannah was extremely welcoming and also made sure to suggest places we must see. She cooked us a great breakfast that we enjoyed with the orher guest. All in all a super experience.

The experience is really good, with people that share their knowledge about Cozumel and places to go.

Hannah made us feel like family, and the property is so beautiful! The large, clean pool, beautiful landscaping, breakfast in the screened porch, large bedroom and bathroom close proximity to downtown as well as the airport are just a few of the many highlights. Thank you, Hannah, we'll be back!

A hidden gem in Cozumel’s San Miguel! Baldwin’s Guest House exceeded our expectations. Our host Hannah was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great restaurants within walking distance and we loved the homey feeling we got during our stay!

It basically was a bed and breakfast and was very laid back and unique. The owner was well traveled and experienced and really went out of her way to help us out of a somewhat difficult situation. That alone you seldom get at a mega resort. It’s a small place very much eclectic, but quite worth your while.

Just an amazing cozy property. Room was perfect, breakfast amazing, pool gorgeous, grounds beautiful and an added bonus of two puppies!

Great place

Tucked back in town, this is a great place to stay. We were only in Cozumel for 3 nights this time and chose Baldwins due to is proximity to our needs. We were able to walk this B&B from the airport, which was only about a 20 min walk. Hannah is a great host and is very friendly and full of great information about the island. Breakfast was very good. Property is beautiful. We would definately choose Baldwins in the future!

Hannah, the owner is an absolute gem! This property is decieving from the outside. Once through the gates it opens to a little paradise. Hannah and her pups made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in. Attentive, yet we always felt that it was just us. Each morning, Hannah would have the coffee on nice and early, and have breakfast ready in the Cabana where we dined with the other guests and enjoyed delicious fare. While we went out scootering, Hannah book a snorkel tour for us knowing we didn't have service where we were, and she got us the best deal too. Very thoughtful :) Great stay and highly recommended!

We absolutely love this place! Hannah, the owner, was a most gracious and accommodating host, she mad eus feel welcome and completely at home in her beautiful home. Definitely recommend!

My son and his fiance were kicked off cruise ship due to his medical concerns I booked this place for my future daughter-in-law the staff was amazing Hannah went and retrieved her personally from her previous motel, stayed up at night waiting till she was back from the hospital, to lock the doors. She (Hannah) was just overall excellent she went above and beyond!!

The owner, Hannah, was very attentive and accommodating. The breakfasts were healthy and delicious and meeting the other guests at breakfast was a real bonus. We has our 11 year old granddaughter with us and she loved the pool!

A healthy 20 minute walk staight p the Main Street from the ferry. I ad the place to myself and shared breakfast and chats with the host. She knew the perfect ratio of how much contact was appropriate. I hung out by the pool, in the hammock above the casita, in the gazebo having breakfast and doing work…a zoom meeting. Hannah had excellent recommendations and I had a great tour to the ruins. It helps tu be a dog person and independent. The directions to the protshoykd rely more on landmarks than street nss as mes since their posting is unpredictable and sometimes nonexistent. Other than that, a great location stay on Cozumel.

This is a beautiful guest house with several rooms of various sizes and amenities. It's very secure and guests are free to use almost the entire property: pool, gazebo, sitting areas, etc. The owner/manager is an absolute gem and will help travelers in any way she can.

Big rooms, very clean

Wonderful home, great and dedicated host. She was kind enough to receive us early even after we forgot to specify arrival time. The breakfast was delicious in a lovely gazebo. Bed were comfortable and we all had a goodnight sleep.

Cannot say enough amazing things about this property and the amazing owner. I had one heck of a day and found myself unexpectedly in Cozumel as I was trying to get home. I booked this location 30 minutes before showing up and the owner Hannah was AWESOME. Super welcoming. The place itself was like a hidden oasis. Tons of rich foliage and plants, looked like a spa retreat with many fountains and your own private pool. My room was clean, had a king bed, en suite bathroom, plenty of towels and a little information sheet for the property. Perfection! Also really close to a very reasonably priced restaurant, I think it was maybe a block away, very easy walk. Felt safe and at home after a very hectic travel day. Hannah even went out of her way to arrange for a taxi the next day so I could get to the airport . Overall highest marks for this location and its owner. Cannot wait to visit again.

We loved the gardens with flowering orchids hanging from the trees. The pool was very refreshing after hot shopping days. Breakfast was great as well as the host who took care of our every need. This is our second visit and we will definitely return again.
