The tiny enclosed bathroom has a single switch controlling the light and extremely loud exhaust fan. I suspect it could be heard in the hallway,front desk and adjoining room. We checked in and around 8pm and went to dinner before turning on the light/fan and hearing the very disturbing sound. We were tired and didn’t report the issue. We would never return to this Motel 6.

Awesome place very clean and affordable, everything is walking distance and the staff is great. Will stay there anytime!

The people were nice and the room was nice and clean and liked that it had a balcony

No one was at the front desk most of the time. Maid service was practically nil as all I ever got was a roll of toilet paper from the maid in the hallway. Never saw any mail since the first day. No towels, trash pick up, no nothing. Bedspreads were dirty. The bathtub was dirty too. There was 1 hard kitchen type chair to sit on & there were 2 of us. Pictures online did not come close to reality. And to boot, the first night, the fire alarm went off at about 6AM and scared the heck out of us! Not a comfortable, relaxing trip!

Our stay was not bad. We’ve stayed here many times over the last few years with our dog, but this visit was not as good as the others. I did address the front desk about the issues as we were checking out because we only stayed for one night. The bathroom light went out, the sink next to the bathroom kept backing up and the air conditioner in the room was intermittently making very loud noises. My other experiences at this motel have been great except for this one. The staff is very friendly. Hopefully at some point this summer when we return things will be better.

Friendly staff, clean, non-nonsense, well-kept lodgings. Some things a bit run-down-looking (like balcony door) but nothing serious. Would come back!

Awesome hotel. Super clean. Everything you need.

We were early so was told that our room was not ready. Staff said another one was ready on the 2nd floor so we took that one. The lamp by the bed didn't work, the cord was not plugged in so we move the bed, plug the cord in . There was a large spark because the plug shorted out. Went back to the desk, was given another room. It was pretty warm out but the A.C. didn't work. Back to the desk and get yet another room. Staff went in, turned everything on, seemed good so we think we're all set. Wife says we need shampoo for the morning. We run out get some and hit the bed. A.C. unit was pretty loud but we make do. Get up in the morning , wife tells me no water in tub/shower. Back to the desk. There is a phone which reads for service pick up. We do , it rings, and then dial tone. Nobody comes to the desk. Place needs work.

The employee on the front desk was nice. What I don't like is that there was a strong odor in the property.

The room was "beat" to say the least, towels were dirty, etc. Nowhere near worth the amount we spent. On top of that, other guests kept slamming doors and everything outside the doors (hallways and outdoors) could be heard. Very disappointed.

We planned to stay one night but ended up staying two nights. The check in process was so easy and they were so nice!! That made a big difference for me! We had our two dogs with us and there’s no fee. Great place for the money.

Clean clean clean!!! Went to an event in AC and this was the best place to stay. Totally worth the 20min drive over to the convention center!

Property management is very nice and professional. The rooms are very big and clean. The only hiccup we had in the room was that the heater didn’t work but the blankets were very warm. I will book again

The office staff was very professional and courtesy. She answered my questions and was just very friendly and polite. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nice property but kind of out dated. It could have been more clean and the tv had a little bit of issues until he came and fixed it. Not a bad stay I would’ve wanted it to be more updated and cleaner ( there was an old cough drop wrapper stuck to the wall) and a small stain on the sheet. But friendly and easy check in

I like that the place was nice and clean, and spacious.

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice people. If you’re a budget traveler like me there’s nothing wrong with this place it’s a great deal. Somers Point is a cool town, all the bars and restaurants are walkable.

It’s such a cool retro hotel. In my opinion. I live May-October in this area and during the winter I stay here when visiting friends etc. It’s clean, comfortable and the staff are such nice people. Each room has a balcony too. I’ve stayed here maybe 5 times over the winter and never had an issue. Also it’s perfect for a night out in Somers Point. I look forward to staying again next fall/winter.

quiet area, staff really nice went above & beyond to please us. Will stay again ..Just beware they allow guests to have pets in the rooms, which we didn't know and had to change rooms because of so much pet hair on the bed.
