Nice basic room at a reasonable price

Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast. Perfect location for my needs.

The hotel was clean. I didn’t get the king room I reserved. When I arrived they gave me a queen double because the king was sold out. If I paid and reserved a king room, it should have been available. The room was ok but it didn’t have a closet.

Randle is a true gem. He needs a raise. Super nice and welcoming. Great with kids.

I’d stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was great, you have a lot of restaurants, mall, fwy so close to it, room was clean, a/c worked great and the breakfast was the regular stuff you get but good

As a person that needs a wheelchair this place was spacious and easy to be around the room and building.

The hotel super nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. I stayed here because I was taking a big exam nearby, as I'm sure most of the hotel's guests were at the time. Though I didn't tell them why I was staying, the man who checked me in gave me a complimentary "study snack" and wished me good luck. It was such a nice surprise that the hotel went to the effort to find out what was going on and personalized the experience for us guests even just a little. The breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. Lost of options: eggs and breakfast meats, oatmeal, yogurt, a variety of breads, pancakes, and fruit. I loved the pool. It was super clean! It's pretty small and right next to the parking lot, but it's amazing if you get it to yourself. The soap in the rooms is a nice lemon scent, which I enjoyed. There's a little nightlight in the bathroom, which I think is such a nice touch. The room was comfortable. It wasn't perfect. It's right on hwy 75, and the traffic stays noisy all night. The fire alarm in the room flashed brightly every few seconds, which I found annoying at night, but it didn't interrupt my sleep. My door's deadbolt did not work, which makes me nervous (although it doesn't seem unsafe in the hotel generally). There is complimentary coffee 24/7, which would be great, except it tastes like cardboard. Overall, I had a good experience. I would recommend it if you're staying in the area unless you are super sensitive to highway noise.

The best bang for your buck around way better that some hotels in the area for doble the price

Overall easy to navigate to. Close to everything. Kind staff. Only issue was the AC is loud.

The hotel was easily accessible on the side of the Hwy, but the trade-off for that is road noise at night. The room was very clean and up to date. The lobby was filled with things like a pool table, board games for the kids to play with. They had lots of fun at the outdoor pool. Location was very close to the outlet malls. For the price the hotel was great!

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Its just a little loud from the freeway. The breakfast had tons of options and was very clean. The pool was also very clean.

The overall stay was great! Only thing that was annoying was at 10:30 room service was knocking to see when we were checking out. Then about 10:55 front desk calls to check on us and see when we were checking out, but made a point to say that checkout time was noon. If at noon, we haven’t made it to the front desk, then you might want to check on us. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Never made it to hotel, our flight was turned in midflight and when i contacted hotel they refund all but $151, which i understand, however, I hope they would of understood it was beyond my control and refunded the entire amount.

Great location. Quiet and clean. A few minor flaws in the room, but not a big deal. Rooms have a modern concept. Great lighting and comfortable bed. The staff members are excellent. Check-in was a breeze.
