Very comfortable accommodations and very quiet.

Clean, good breakfast, updated, pool would have been a let down if we were planning to use as very small, but would stay again!

This place was great except for the really strong perfume smell throughout the hotel. It was really strong in the lobby but even on the 4th floor. Otherwise I was really impressed with cleanliness. I’d stay here again.

No hot water, reduced our rate, breakfast was good, but toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, dirty wash cloth still on top of shower curtain from??? Who know

I had a bathroom door that was so hard to actually close, beside that everything else was great.

Uniq at the front desk was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed! The room was clean and comfortable. Overall an excellent experience!

The hotel and staff were very good, however, when we went to our car the next morning we found a broken driver side window and damaged trim indicating an attempt to break in. I have since learned that Brooklyn Center has a reputation of a growing crime rate. We can't go back there again.

The Guest Service individual when checking in did an outstanding job. Booked a King Suite initially; however, the Guest Service individual apologized profusely as the room was not available. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable with the room selection she needed to give us.

The staff at the hotel was very rude and hung up the phone on us when we complained about the room right above us having kids running and jumping up and down for hours past 11p. Room wasn’t as clean either and breakfast just sucks!

Rooms were clean, everything you need in there, nice bathrooms, continental breakfast was good, very quiet area, not far to get onto interstate, I’d stay here again!

Very nice place to stay for a concert at the US bank Stadium. Only thing we had an issue with was the cold shower.

Nice safe location, excellent breastfast, some noisy neighbors next rooms, tv was loud until 1am

It was not that clean it all look like some one stayed in there and they fadt cleaned but left dirty wash cloth on counter and bathroom should of been better cleaned it was kinda bad one of the worse I stay in since the cheap ones for the price I paid it sure was not worth it at all very disappointed with this hotel for sure!!

Decent property. No issues, there were some young people that were being loud though possibly graduation fun festivities. Bed wasn’t soft comfortable at but it is what it is.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was very good. At this price point, this hotel is a good option.
Negatives: No restaurant or bar in the hotel and there are no amenities within short walking distance of the property. However, Embassy Suites is across the street and it has a pub and restaurant.

Very nice hotel/room but the front desk service made me feel very unwelcome like she didn’t want to give me a room and even though she did she seemed very irritated. We tried a few hotels in the area that were all booked or doors locked at 10pm so I had to call and ask for a room I said I was outside she said they have rooms but don’t take walk ins after 9 so I said I would book it online then would she let me come in (I had kids with me and we didn’t want To drive at night anymore) when I checked in she didn’t confirm the room or anything just handed me a key and said elevator is to the left

A bit hard to find (look for the higher rise Embassy Suites and its signage!), but a great hotel with very personable staff, an ample and varied breakfast, and very comfortable rooms.
