Ordered a room with double bed, but there was two single beds connected together. It's not very comfortable for couples. It should be better for a premium price.

Everyone at the hotel was very kind! I had dinner at the hotel. The waitress is very smart.

The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and helpfull. I was imprest the most with the breakfast. Large selections of sweet and savoury treats.

The hotel is very nice and clean, and rooms are comfortable. The only downside about the hotel is just the location. When I booked it, I assumed that it was more central and closer to "the action", but it's actually a little west and not a lot to do in the area around the hotel, unless you're there for Santander Bank Corporate headquarters stuff. So basically you need to factor in taxi or Uber fare if you're going to things.

Bed was a little on the hard side for me but overall everything was wonderful

Nice size room, big comfy bed , friendly staff, delicious breakfast .The only thing in our short stay we didn’t like, was as we were going out for a day , we left the message to clean our room. After coming back we noticed the room hasn’t been cleaned, but the sign on the door was inside our room, and couple of wine glasses we borrowed night before from the reception , were gone. So the cleaner came inside , left the sign inside and took couple of dirty glasses that’s all, very bizarre.

Hotel was lovely we had the junior suite as we was coming for surgery. Definitely worth it as it’s big and we was stuck in our room for 9 days so it made it so much better! Breakfast is brought to your room, you are given a sheet to select what you would like to be brought. Rooms as cleaned when we requested. Fridge in room was handy as Lidl is almost opposite! They made me feel extra special on my birthday and did a little display with some treats which was highly appreciated. Staff were kind. Thank you. Building works we’re going on during the day which was slightly annoying noise wise, nothing to complain about.

During current situation we were worried about cleanliness and food quality. However, hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and very food food buffet. Brand new hotel. Highly recommend

This hotel was very nice, clean and modern. My kids were happy that the internet worked great! The bed was comfy and I loved the room decor; clean and modern. Free parking was wonderful and safe! Easy location 1 mile walk to the old town area.

My daughter and I stayed 1 night in a twin. Exceptionally clean throughout the hotel. With friendly, helpful staff who assisted with taxi bookings, printing a document for me and a hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable, the tv crytal clear and the shower powerful. The only negatives I have, there was no hairdryer in our room so I had to go downstairs to collect one, not a problem, and it was a good powerful one. I tried to call reception but there was no preset buttons on our phone. I tried 0, 9. Turns out it was 100 and should've been written on the phone. I think that comes with being new and easily solved.Good central location, I would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money!
