It was just ok, tv kept shutting off & blinds didn’t work!
Outdated & noisy plus uncomfortable bed

First room smelled like straight up pee so I requested another room. Room was decent but the front desk was overwhelmed so couldn’t get an extra pillow. Lots of parking

Ehhhhh spend a couple more dollars and stay somewhere else. Location was the only thing this place had going for it, and that being said there are 2 other hotels that are probably nicer within walking distance!

The refrigerator in my room did not work, I was told for two days that it would be fixed, and it was not. I brought food with me as I was out of town for work and cook my meals, all of my food was ruined. I was eventually moved to a different room, but the hotel is refusing to refund me for those two days.

You get what you pay for. The while place from the moment you walked in smelled terrible. Shower door was broken, couch was ripped. No hair dryer in room.

It’s ok the couches are a little torn up Bt overall rooom is good the 1st couple floors smell like dogs and cats

Loud noises throughout the night. Additionally, my lights would randomly turn off and on. One of the worst experiences I've had.

Very disappointing that the hotel offers breakfast with their rate and it is a scam. When you go down to breakfast they offer you coffee, a muffin and fruit bars. If I had known that was the "breakfast included" I would have chosen another hotel.

Everything was great. The only thing that I would change is the coffee. Please, please, please, change the coffee brand that you currently serve in the morning. The coffee tastes so bad, that I had to throw away my cup without drinking it. And several people were doing the same thing.

Friendly & helpful staff, very clean interior, nice & newer rooms, safe parking, quiet neighborhood, shopping nearby, pet friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing affordable accommodations in a good neighborhood.

Our room was filthy when we walked in specifically the bathroom sink which had hair in it. We were given another room in which the toilet had not been clean and had urine on the seat. We left the hotel and got a full refund.

It was convenient & the staff was friendly & welcoming but lots of outside noises, plus an uncomfortable bed made for a not so pleasant sleep!
Some upgrades are definitely needed especially at the mattress level

It was a great experience. It’s family friendly and quiet which is what we were looking for. It’s quiet and the staff is very helpful.

The room was clean but unfortunately not ready by 3pm check-in. Its a very popular hotel during local soccer tournaments. Excellent location if you are visiting Silverlakes.

The smell was horrible in the lobby by the elevators and inside the rooms. I asked to switch rooms and the second room had a horrible smell too. They had a sign if you wanted shampoo, you had to go downstairs and ask but when we did, they were out. I had to go to Smart & Final. Horrible experience. No ice machine, kids running and jumping on beds above us in the middle of the night. The evening shift receptionist was bothered when we asked him a question eventhough there was no one else there. First time and last time I stay there.

Called day before reservation to add a bed. Arrived at midnight night of reservation with 95 year old Mom and room was not ready. Cleaning lady took us into a filthy room. Proceeded to strip bed pick up dirty towels. We made the bed with sheets and blankets she brought in. Room was very dirty as floors needed to be washed and everything else

The bed had lots of lumps and the motion lights in the room were annoying. Staff said to turn the switch off so that the lights don’t turn on but the lights kept coming on all night long anyway.

The room was clean, but the hallway had a smell and also there was crumbs and garbage in the hallway and then the room they was no shampoo . I did go see if they had any in the front lobby, but they say they were out.

The bed had no comforter, only two sheets. The floors were so dirty they made our feet brown. The carpets everywhere were stained and the halls smelled like marijuana. The bed had no box spring. Literally just a mattress on a metal frame. No ice machines anywhere and no coffee maker in room.
