Too noisy

it was good staying at Mango Suites. It was affordable and very convenient

Internet is very unstable to the point that you can’t work remotely. Food was only ok. I was scammed/lied to upon checkin. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a queen sized bed for an additional fee. When I got to room, it only has a double sized bed. The staff responded ‘that is our queen size’. A 54” width bed is not a queen and no you can’t have your own measuring scale. If staying here, avoid this scam!

This hotel stay was one of our best in the Philippines. The room was clean, well-lit, and the service was very good. Location is convenient and the free shuttle van to the airport was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend!

The room was not clean at all. The floor was dirty, the sheets had not been changed. After wiping the floor with a wet wipe we saw just how dirty the floor was , the wipe was black.

The hot water was not working. We transferred rooms three times and still they were not working. No apology no offer of making up for this unforgivable shortcoming

The lobby looks nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has ample parking for guests. For the price, the room serves its purpose (sleep, rest, take a bath) but you have get their deluxe rooms to get a small fridge since this is not available in their standard rooms. They have a restaurant downstairs. Location is walking distance to the mall but if you are concerned about your safety, you can ride the local transportation, a tricycle, for about 20 pesos a ride (about 40 US cents).

Interiors are relatively new and fits the modern eye. It is clean, convenient for most travelers and they have very accommodating staff. Thank you also for always allowing me to check in early.

The upkeep of the property is very good particularly the condition of the communal areas. The floors are so well maintained it gives a really good impression about standards at the hotel.

Parking should be in a way that occupants can move in and out with ease without depending on avaialbility of drivers blocking one’s vehicle

The service is just horrible, they don’t know if the guest reservation is paid, they don’t know if the breakfast is included and they don’t know a lot of things!!!

As a business traveler there are some times that you always expect from a hotel when you get there at the end of the day: a clean room with fresh linens, a hot shower and a cool AC. Mango suites provides all of that as well as a nice view of the city if you want to take your minds off things.

Had to overnight in Cauayan for work. Tidy, simple and well presented hotel. The room was clean and adequate for an overnight stay.

This hotel is new but the windows in the rooms are single pane glass so every tricycle and street noise is heard day and night even people walking on the rods or arriving in the vans or cars, we were 3 rd floor, Owner and developer should have used double glazed windows. No power points to connect person devices for charging or use except under the bedside table, yet advertises at a business person accommodation, they need power point near the desk, The building is under 1 year old and already showing signs in the room of render brack up and tiles on the stairs breaking. o get a hot Shower you have to run the shower for 5 minutes before you get hot water waste of a precious commodity.

This is a budget motel. It’s not a hotel suite. Housekeeping failed to swap towels that was on the floor nor did they emptied the trash in both of our rooms. We understood that we had to call front desk for linen exchange but we did not call them because we did not need to have our beds made nor linen to be exchanged. I now question their intent of environmentally friendly or are they just trying to cut down services to save more money. Otherwise, if you are a backpacker this is a place for you. If you are a traveler with luggage, you may want to consider other hotels.

No Face Towels provided until I spoke with the manager (Kay) and no Hot Water from the sink.provide me with a kettle to heat water to use in the sink. Amenities at this Hotel are few. The breakfast sucked and I could not eat it.

Excellent attentive customer service. New and super clean hotel with nice little restaurant attached. Walking distance to a nice mall with a theater.
