The room was clean but other things made it a less desirable place to stay. Just getting into the room was a task in itself, you had to turn the key and pretty much body slam the door just to get it open. The walls seem paper thin so as we are trying to go to sleep, we can hear the people next to us talking and carrying on, their tv, everytime someone text them, and their kid. The room wasn't lit very well (only 2 little wall lamps between the beds). The beds are basically tall cots and not very comfortable. We had our 2 little dogs with us and at check in was told we had to pay an extra $30 and we weren't in a pet room. Went to the office to make the changes on the computer and there is a sign sitting on the counter that says the pet fee is $10 per pet (had just been told it was $15) brought this to the clerks attention and she replied " oh we just recently changed it". That may be true but why wouldn't you change your sign. The bar was clean, plenty of seating, staff was very nice, we ordered a pizza which neither one of us cared for, honestly I've had better from a gas station.

This was a great place for the price. GREAT price and very comfortable.

I couldnt find the office ...walked into a bar area which was smoking...and realized the whole property was geared towards smokers. The non smoking room we finally got was fine tho. Two beds were of different softness tho so check them before sleeping.b

The beds were not made. All the covers/pillows were piled on one bed. There was a broken chair with wood chippings all over the floor along with some trash and a couple pills. The main door wouldn’t securely shut and stay closed. (It was locked but could still push it open and close). There were acouple dead bugs laying around the sink.

Very clean motel. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The motel was very clean and tidy. The bar was full of people, but we did not hear any noise. I would stay there again.

Did not get adjoining rooms as requested when registering. So family was separated. Food was decent and the bar interesting. Televisions had issues- their internet kept disconnecting. The walls are very thin and since we were there for an early fishing trip the 2 am date party next door was not welcome.

We had a great time and everyone there was so kind! We werent there for anything special and wasnt expecting 5 star! It was perfect for me and my bff to get away and enjoy the scenery! The bingo was so fun! Just what we needed to destress from work and lifes responsibility! Thank you!

We enjoyed the privacy of having parking right in front of our room and not have to enter the lobby. The bar and food service was great. It was very enjoyable to meet new people especially the locals that come in. We will definitly come back here again.

Considering it is a high traffic property it was about what I expected. The walls are "paper thin" as the saying goes. I could hear every word spoken in the room next to mine. I noticed practically zero amenities. For example, if you want coffee you are going to have it black only in a styro cup. There was 25% of a roll of toilet paper in the room upon check in. Servicing the room for a 3 night stay was only by request. I was hopeful that the attached restaurant would be better than average. It was not.

I did not actually stay at this property due to the fact that Hotels.com overbooked this place. I was not the first person who had this issue the day that I checked in. While I wasn't able to stay at Hidden Lake, the person who attempted to check me in was very nice. I would stay here again for sure however, I would call the property DIRECTLY instead of using a website like Hotels.com. They made the check in process HORRIBLE. Thankfully the person at check in at Hidden Lake was able to find me another hotel to stay at in the area. She went above and beyond and I am appreciative as I traveled from Texas.

The door that says office takes you into a storage room. Went out and tried a different door. I am old and small. I could barely get the door open as it was very very heavy. Plus it was a big step up at the same time. No one around to help. Found a dishwasher to find someone to check me in. It wasn't pretty but I managed to get out the door and down the step. If you have mobility problems, forget this place. But the room was good for the price and it had all the TV channels you could want and then some.

Stay was fine. It would be nice to be xss able to park in front of the road i reserved. Instead of 3 to 4 door down. But the manager i am sure does not have time or wants to run someone off that parks in front of your room when they are just coming to eat at thwir restaurant. There is a big parking lot out front. But. Anyway. Room was nice

Hotel is in a great area....close to Warsaw.

Nice room with a few exceptions. The shower must have benn built for a midget im 5 ft 9in and i had to bend over to wash my hair . The tv didnt work properly. Besides that nice place
