Excellent option to stay in Monterrey. The hotel is in excellent location to access different city points of interest. They have great breakfast buffet.

The receptionist was away, I had to leave the key because he she was doing something else.

The room was typical of any other chain, nothing special. There was a massage amount of construction noise from 5am till 11pm next door that made sleep nearly impossible. There were very few options for food or shopping within walking distance. The location is not worth the price.

We where in floor 7 (last before top) and in some point of night we could hear all the cars, ambulances and policie from the area. Nice view tho.

Great area, close to many shopping and dining places. Fast check in and check out. They have a restaurant and small store to buy snacks. It also has an access to the back street (calle Hidalgo) and it has a 7 convenience store with great prices. The beds and pillows aren’t great but they are clean. It also has a coffee maker.

The hotel is understaffed; I was assigned a room two hours after I arrived to the hotel. The carpet of my room was wet as well as one of the towels. I definitely did not have a great experience staying at this hotel.

the included breakfast was the greatest we have ever seen in an hotel, period. waitresses so helpful and friendly.
The view al the 7th floor was amazing, the price was ok, the room and bed were very comfortable and nice. the wifi failed a couple of times.

Located near a very good hospital and specialty clinics.

Wow, this hotel is perfect. We got the Mountain View room and the view was a 90 degree angle. The whole corner view is viewable. Watch the sunrise to sunset in bed is a must. The restaurant is delicious, the room service is great, the drinks are yummy. Everything was GREAT!

I like the place is very convenient , clean, friendly staff and good food .
The only inconvenience was that we supposed to check in at 3pm and we were there at 5pm and our room was not ready. They give it to us at 7:30pm

This is advertised as pet friendly. It is not. Made reservation, showed up after a 5 hour drive and told they dont accept pets.

The place is fine... but only fine. Unimpressive and a bit dissapointing. The room was well kept and clean, with nice views. The main entrance to the hotel at street level is sad - no benches to wait for an Uber and very dark and lonely at night. Breakfast is way is too pricey for its quality, as is the room service food. Won't stay there again.

Every thing is perfect except the toilets sits. They are to small , maybe for kids. Not for international American people

Personnel were helpful and friendly. The bar terrace was a nice place to have drinks and see the skyline. I would recommend as a place to relax, close to El Mirador de Obispado. Restaurantes somewhat close but hotel has restaurant. Just had breakfast buffet, which was adequate.

Nice looking hotel but few amenities and the beds were really hard and squeaky. Given the type of hotel I expected a better bed and linens.

Upon check-in I was told that because there was a 3rd person I would have to pay an additional $50.00. Which i did but was never given a receipt for and because i paid in dollars was told they owed me 400 pesos which i was never given.

I was expecting something better: a spotless hotel and friendly staff. The front desk service was a little slow, but what surprised me the most was that the mattress was uncomfortable and made noise when I changed position and the pillows were already very used. For a Jr. suite, it wasn't charming.

The hotel itself is nice. My issue was that we had a fire alarm go off at night and everyone had to go down the stairs to the street level. About 12-15 stories for me. And it was a false alarm and they didn't have anyone on staff that could fix the issue. It took over 2 hours to get someone to correct it. Very disappointing.

Someone stole my cellphone charger while my room was being cleaned. I reported this issue to frontdesk twice and I received no answer nor solution. I was very disappointed no one in the staff took responsibility.
