This was our third time staying here and the first time being charged the pet fee,
I have seen kids do more damage the my dogs,
This will be our last choice to stay at in Livingston next trip

The place looks sketchy on the outside but the room was really nice. It was one of the few places I’ve stayed where I didn’t wake up in pain. The bed was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Made this reservation over a week in advance and went to yellowstone with family (little to no service) was on our way to the hotel and got a notification of a missed call from earlier (no voicemail) Called the number and it rang once and was disconnected and sent to vm. Called 4 times. Finally got a call baxk when we were 15 mins out saying they didnt know what time I'd be checking in (said 7-8 pm when i made the reservation) and they cancelled my reservation and sold the room! Literally left us with nowhere to stay at the last minute! Ended up staying at a really nice resort in Bozeman that was 5 stars! Will NEVER even consider booking here or ever staying here. HORRIBLE customer service! I've seen other reviews saying this happened to them as well. Also still had the AUDACITY to charge my card (disputed it and was credited back thankfully) and I didnt get the cancelation notice until the next day.

Clean comfortable place to stay, but do not expect anything fancy. Everything is done via text messages and phone calls. Not sure I like that much, but it seems to work.

Second time staying here. Both times have been great. Really nice rooms. Clean. Nice towels and beds. Incredibly friendly staff and owners. Don’t be fooled by the outside. This is a little gem.

I talked to Daniella the morning of our stay, and met her when we arrived in the evening! She was friendly and efficient…even after an obviously long day!
The room was clean, bed comfy. Daikon heating/AC ( definitely an upgrade from the “classic” systems! We loved the western theme and the tongue-in-cheek photos 😁

Clean, quiet inside, updated, and very comfortable. The parking lot was not in good shape and you could hear freeway traffic when outside the property but once inside it was completely quiet.

Liked the small family business, non-motel chain character of the place. It was clean and comfortable and friendly, and everything worked and was in good condition (even with the apparent age); the manager was personable and processional as well. We’d be happy to return.

Really cool room setup and definitely had the mountain/ ranch flair although it being in town and close to everything. Very cool place to check out and stay very nice people. We would definitely recommend it!

This hotel was much nicer inside than it looked from the exterior. It is right on the highway, but not noisy and while it looked very old, the inside was clean and comfortable.

I called to let them know I was going to be a late check in later that evening I received a text message from the hotel telling me my card had been declined so I went to the hotel and showed them my receipt that I had paid for the room months before
But the girl working insisted I pay again
So I did not stay at all it was a dirty little old hotel very disappointed in the pictures that did not show the accurate accommodations

Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Room was smaller, yet clean and completely adequate. Close to the interstate, my wife said she could hear traffic, yet I was not hearing it or concerned. IMO, The parking lot needed some maintenance as there was a pot hole at the entrance and rough spots, but it did not impede the car. All in all great stay at small quaint family owned hotel. Would definatly stay there again!

Several people had to wait until 4:00 exactly to check in then rooms were mixed up or not ready. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Might as well been sharing a room with the people next door I could clearly hear there conversation and activities.

Check was weakest part. Door was locked and note on door saying call if you want to check in. I called a woman said she would be right up. Stood outside in rain for about 5 minutes. When she arrived she said door was open you should have pulled harder??!! She wasn’t there anyway! She seemed stressed. Room was clean and quiet. Centrally located, I would recommend.

The room was very clean and neat, very nice. They even had real shampoo and conditioner! It wasn't a big, fancy place but it was comfortable, clean, and nice.

We had a great stay. We had a separate tv and sitting room with a fold out bed. We didn’t need that room because our picky sleeper- myself- slept great on the bedding provided. Excellent pillow topped mattress and cozy soft bedding. I appreciated the full size bottles of shampoo rather than one person using the entire little bottle. Very clean and the air was already set to 67 when we arrived.

Nice fun little place on the side of the road. We arrived late and the staff gave us a code to get in and offered breakfast options. The room was clean and good for a quick stay.

Very unique, in all of the best ways! We are two low maintenance travellers and the Livingston Inn checked all the boxes for us. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, it was quiet and affordable ! Highly recommend!

Check in at 4 pm - and not a moment sooner! Office was closed - sent a voicemail and 3 texts - when staff finally showed up, she claimed she never got my msgs. Room was adequate and clean however the wall plug had the TV and several other items plugged into a very short power strip hanging in the air. Does not appear safe to me. Outside of hotel - weeds need attention - property needs updating. Lobby was extremely dusty.

We like to support local businesses, this is a small strip motel right off interstate. keyless entry system is nice & easy.

This motel is roomy, east to access and an excellent overall value. We booked the largest suite which accommodated our family of 5 perfectly.
