We stayed in poppy fields the smallest of the rooms but very adequate for 2 we had 4 nights. . The description is honest and accurate. So no room for loads of big bags but a really clean comfortable warm room. Instant heat tor electric shower and basin. Electric towel rail
Electric radiator is more than sufficient for the room.
Nice tidy clean breakfast room. Great genuine service. Breakfast was well presented and good value, personal options were not a problem. A lovely place. The train set is a great feature.
Definitely recommend it.

It's a nice quiet place with a solid breakfast. The main issue we had was the internet was out and that was a bit of a problem for us, workwise (cell coverage was adequate to run a hotspot but only inconsistently) - at this point they should have a new, better set-up.

The room was very clean and the staff was warm and friendly. Good breakfast, served from 8:15 to 9 AM. Perfect location to explore North Wales, particularly Snowdonia National Park and Portmeirion.

The hospitality was wonderful, breakfast was great tasting although slightly silent in the room . The grounds were outstandingly beautiful, views wonderful and it was close to all ammenities

friendly staff, the room was lovely and the breakfast served sets you up for the whole day. Theres s big enclosed paddock to walk your dog and the views from the top of this paddock are unreal. This stay was exactly central for visiting Zip world and the Mac Loop. Plenty more to see and do round abouts too should you stay for longer. I will definitely be coming back. Loved it 😊

Checking in was very easy. Margaret sent me a text to check what time we would be arriving and asking what we would like for breakfast the next day.
She was most helpful in recommending three local restaurants. All within a 10 minute drive of the B & B.
Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Full cooked breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was great tasting.

Loved our stay here Margaret is a absolute star nothing was too much trouble as breakfast was included and we was leaving early she arranged something for us for the morning so that we had eaten. We had breakfast the following morning and was perfect. The rooms are clean and just what we needed.

Had such a lovely stay, margret and penny were such lovely ladies and made our stay comfortable and stress free , helpful with advice on where was good to visit, breakfast was lovely , coupsnt fault them atall.

Margaret and Penny, two lovely people,that you could wish to meet.Rooms comfortable, they've thought virtually of everything you could want or need to know. Cooked breakfast superb every day. Penny even took the trouble to run the trains for us, on the one day it was dry and sunny.The room (Spring Glade) was round the side so was very quiet.

Very nice hotel in a quiet town. Breakfast very nice and included free with the room and Margret was very lovely and helpful with pub recommendations in the area as well as any other issues we had. Room was a decent size for the stay had an en-suite shower and wardrobe. Again can’t say enough good about the stay and would 100% return here if I came back to wales

Greeted on arrival by Margaret. Extremely friendly, accomodating and helpful. Check in quick and easy, room facilities explained well. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast excellent. Would definitely recommend a stay.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the property over Easter. Margaret, the host, was exceptional. She greeted us warmly, even adding a personal touch with some Easter eggs on our table. Margaret ensured we felt at home throughout our stay and provided helpful information about local regulations. Thank you to Margaret and the team for a great experience.

Lovely place to stay, only 30 min away from snowdon mountain, pet friendly, the whole farm is really clean and Margaret was fantastic.

Lovely BnB conveniently located just off the A470 in a quiet location but within easy reach of a number of pub/restaurants. Margaret and Penny were most welcoming and breafasts were excellent served by Cerys.

It’s a heritage property managed and owned by two amazing ladies. We stayed for 2 nights the stay was comfortably, breakfast was good parking was on premises.

The property is lovely, very picturesque and well maintained.
It’s a little bit remote from any local amenities but it’s not a problem if you’re up for a decent walk or you’re happy to drive.
The owners are super friendly, and really go out of their way to make you feel at home.
