Very friendly receptionist on arrival. Good self service laundry. Very good food in the restaurant. Located close to the main highway into Broadbeach.

The staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are in need of an update.
We would prefer a firmer mattress.
The hotel is in a very convenient position for us when we visit family.
The dining room and pool area are very nice.

Very clean and tidy. Bed very firm. Bottom bedsheet did not go all the way to the foot of the bed tangled us up. Friendly staff. Rooms were small. No bottled water no jug in fridge for water. No vending machine to get water only from sink in bathroom. No handwash in bathroom. Toilet paper holder in an awkward position. No foxtel movie or sport channel. Had to cast movies from our own phone to TV which we couldn't work out how to do. Limited Undercover parking.

Lovely little place, was only for a night and didn’t get to do the gold or anything, but will be back next time to try it out.

Really nice accommodation and within walking distance to Stadium for footy. Although we were not there for a long period of time would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel. We had to ask them about the air-conditioning as it wasnt heating. But apparently they have to change it over at 6pm. But it was quite cold before that time & we had no choice but to wait until then before it would warm up. Very unusual, never experienced that before.

A microwave in the room would have been awesome. as the Kitchen was closed on Monday nights.
Which is ok, I will just bring a salad next time :)

Lovely place although the main entrance stairs are extremely dangerous when wet I went for a 30th and slipped down the stairs twice just by putting a foot down it is very unsafe if wet. Otherwise looks lovely and peaceful great service

Bed was very uncomfortable was a gap in the middle of the bed and the mattresses were uneven heights.
Pillows were very soft so not a great nights sleep.
Toilet didn’t always flush, no toilet brush to clean toilet.
Bathroom was very very tiny!
Fridge made a sound when put on a cold temperature.
No lactose free milk only oat, almond and soy.
continental breakfast didn’t have much options.
Dinner menu had limited options also so was unable to dine there.

Lovely place to stay. Close to the Suns footy ground. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. The staff were all lovely especially the French guy on reception. They have a bar and restaurant which serves nice food. There is a little shopping area about 400m up the road which has takeaway options as well as a servo and a bottle shop. Public transport straight across the road from this shopping area which takes you to places like Broadbeach, Pacific Square and Surfers etc. I will be back.

Nice place to stay; close to the Sun’s footy ground. Close to public transport to get you to Pacific Fair and Surfers etc. Small shopping centre just up the road - has takeaway options, servo, coffee shop, and 7 Eleven. Restaurant and bar onsite. On-site options of short course golf, mini golf, tennis etc. Rooms are a small size; mainly for one person; bathroom is extra small with no shelving for toiletries, but hardly an issue. Staff are lovely.

Nice enough hotel more suited to sporty people with pool, golf etc. Small room but comfortable bed. Smallest bathroom we have ever experienced in Australia. Two people moving around cases was challenging. Great restaurant.

Parking was easy.
Awkward bathroom (low, tiny sink) and the drain wasn't quite as functional as it should be in the shower.
Lots of activities available at KDV, which is a short walk across the oval. Many included in the stay. Only recommend that lights are switched on for the footpath until KDV closes at night for safety reasons.
