Really Nice hotel, excellent location. Most of the staff were helpful - not all.

OMG, this is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. On a cliff overlooking the sea. Our room was on the first floor (which is actually the second story- European buildings start at level 0) but we had a nice-sized balcony with a view of the ocean. The hotel has two pools- one a rooftop with ocean views and another on main floor surrounded by beautiful grounds. Delicious breakfast served in a room surrounded by glass and overlooking the ocean. Hotel is right across the street from the amphitheater and 5 minute walk to most of the historic sites (cathedral etc) and restaurants. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We were in Spain for 2 weeks and this was definitely a highlight. It’s pricey but unlike some expensive hotels where you’re mainly paying for the name and lobby this is worth the splurge.

Truly the only place to stay when in Tarragona. The only problem you will have is trying to decide which pool to use more! Location was great.

Excellent stay with a glass of Cava on arrival . Stayed here last year and the door man recognized me straight away. Will always stay here as my first choice in Tarragona.

We were only passing through and stayed one night. The hotel is fantastic, the location is incomparable. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. I only disliked 2 things: 1) the traffic noise when enjoying the view of the sea and 2) breakfast seemed like a last minute idea. The food spaces were a little too crowded, a little unprepared, a little chaotic and forgotten. So am I saying that dining room organization caused the hotel to lose a star? Yes, because a small improvement and an easy fix makes this place my favorite hotel in Spain.

Great hotel. The staff super, the room nice and the view fantastic. Especially from the roof top pool area. The pool area on the bottom floor would need some renovation and re-decorating. The rest of the hotel is very nicely kept and decorated. An extra star for the gym with a view :)

Nice hotel very well situated. Clean well appointed rooms. Best overlook sea. Helpful staff. Breakfast could be better..plentiful but not always hot. Swimming pool not that big but generally easy to get sun bed. Annoying music around pool. But to be fair turned down when we asked. Would I stay again. Yes most definitely.

Central location.

Loved the property but was disappointed with our room and that our windows would not open. Wish we had booked the better room as they had balconies with sliding doors. We had a slight sea view but mainly of the fire escape. Another issue was the glass at the shower was too small and did not prevent the bathroom flooding with water during showers. Overall the room was great, beds comfortable, liked the complimentary water, coffee and biscuits. Location was perfect. Parking was great.

The property itself is just lovely. Our room was spacious and very, very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the Roman amphitheater and the Mediterranean. It just doesn’t get any better. And the price was reasonable, all things considered. SUPERB breakfast buffet. Gorgeous place. I’d give it an A .

I cannot think of a hotel with a worse customer service refund policy. The morning my wife and I were going to travel to Tarragona to stay at this hotel I had an emergency medical issue that required me to be taken by ambulance to an emergency room in Valencia. My wife contacted the hotel to let them know I was in the hospital and therefore we would not be able to travel to Tarragona as planned. When my wife requested a refund of our pre-paid hotel room the hotel informed her that their policy does not allow a refund. This was outrageous that no exemption would be made when the reason for not staying at the hotel was the result of a medical emergency. I would never make another reservation at this hotel or any hotel that may be a part of their hotel group.

Excellent location. Tastefully refurbished with very nice public areas. Spacious comfortable room with balcony. Staff were pleasant and well presented. Would definitely recommend.

Great Housekeeping

Great location. Beautiful room with great view of ocean and Roman ruins. Welcoming and professional staff. Rooftop and backyard pools. Modern and comfortable. Appreciated the early check in. Small note. Elevators are so slow most people walk up and down 2-3 floors and 5 Euros per mid-size ice bag was surprising when used to self-serve free ice machines on every floor in North America.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views from our balcony of the Balearic Sea. 10 minute walk to the beach and to the Renfe (rail) station. Adjacent to a Roman Amphitheater. Every staff person we interacted with was friendly and competent. Beautiful swimming pools too.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is good size, clean and replenished with soaps and shampoos. Breakfast is 20 euros per person, the buffet is full of goods, plenty to choose from. Coffee machine with all choices as well. Just minutes from the beach and the city center. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice hotel, overall good experience.

Loved everything about this place! Great views! Pools on main level and roof top! Walking distance to so many cafes, beaches and restaurants.

Everything was perfect! A very warm and friendly reception, with a welcome drink. A lovely room with entrancing city view. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast. The hotel is well positioned for visiting the town.

Excellent hotel with beautiful view of the Mediterranean and Roman amphitheater. Rooms were fabulous and nice hotel amenities. I wish we had booked to stay longer! We will be back to stay again.

Looking forward to our next visit,,,worth the trip to Taragonna to stay here
