The room was cold and only a thin quilt on the bed. We were thankful we were only there for 2 nights. On leaving all the owner said was thank you for staying, didn’t even ask if we had had a nice stay Communication with guests very poor.

Short (1 week) stay for myself so stayed in a single room. Room was perfect for my stay and very comfortable. The hotel was also very quiet which was also a benefit.

A central location with sea views. Many floors. Well decorated and room facilities are good. Close to facilities for food and transport.

All was as i expected on my stay again at seascape ,a clean tidy place friendly owners relaxed inviroment and has on street parking available its also in a excellent position to explore Barmouth .

Lovely clean room with tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Very comfy bed and also a coffee table and chairs in front of the window.

Trip was very good, with options of places to visit right up and down the coast. Very friendly owners.

The price was expensive considering no breakfast was available.Room was clean but furniture dated. Good tv & wifi with 'fridge in room. [best in house] comfortable bed.

Room was small, but the view made up for it.

I had the opportunity to view most of the rooms and they have all been recently redecorated and are fabulous. I was in a single room so not so good as the really big double tooms....but can't complain. Great shower and fabulous sea views. I was comfortable apart from four (felt like more) flights of stairs to get to my room. Something I should have thought about.Tea,coffee making facilities always topped up and biscuits too.

The owners were very understanding and accommodating for our late check in. The bed was super comfortable and loved the carpet in the room. The bathroom was the only low point, it had a weird smell the 2 days we stayed.
