New hotel with magnificent views! Really enjoyed the comfort of the room and the breakfast selection was fresh was superb. The owner is very friendly and staff was very helpful. Very neat and clean, everything is basically brand new. Highly recommended for Lake Como stay. We are visiting Lake Como for 3 nights and are moving location every night.

We LOVED our stay at Hotel Lago! The views are amazing and the hotel was super clean. The shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Hotel Lago.

Beautiful family run hotel overlooking Lake Como. Service was excellent, as was the breakfast service. The hotel is new and very modern. Everything is in excellent condition. It is an easy ten minute walk via old village walkways to Torno center. Easy parking under the hotel. The hotel is located across the road from the lake, but the sliding doors have extremely thick glass and noise isnt an issue. It is an easy drive into Como - about ten minutes, and a 45 minute drive to Belagio. A nice location.

Beautiful hotel. Fabulous staff. Very attentive and helpful. Location is a bit remote. A little difficult to get to Bellagio or Como but worth it! Rooms are very big and well-equipped!

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly, family run vibe. Helpful staff, great breakfast, and the lake views were amazing. Torno has a chiller feel than the better known/ popular Como spots which we appreciated for our place to stay.

This was the nicest, cleanest and most luxurious hotel we’ve stayed in while traveling through Europe. It’s a boutique hotel so they get to know you personally. The staff is wonderful and helped us make our way around town. We met the owner and he was unbelievably kind and takes a lot of pride in the property. The rooms were so thoughtfully designed. The shower is huge like a 5-star hotel (not typical in Europe). The breakfast was wonderful and you can sit with a view of Lake Como. All the rooms have an amazing view of Lake Como also. We rented a car and the parking was super convenient. Just a short drive to center of Bellagio or Como. The town of Torno is cute and not as busy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Incredible views and hospitality! Our family of 4 loved it. There is also the bus to Como and Bellagio that stops out front of the hotel and the hotel offers shuttle service! And the breakfast was exquisite!

Our family all together had a really amazing experience. The staff were very courteous and willing to accommodate your needs to the best of their ability. The place is well-kept and spotless at all times. We were blown away by how well kept the place was. Definitely a hidden gem. We did not feel that we were away from home. I would highly recommend and we will be returning soon.

Unfriendly staff. The website makes you think it’s on the water and it’s a 15-20 minutes walk into town, access to the water uphill coming back. Asked for a refund and that we wouldn’t stay there. They refused. Stayed one night because we could not find another hotel and then refused to refund for 2nd night that we did not stay

Great stay and a wonderful reception by the family owned property. Excellent view of the lake, a great breakfast and a wonderfully cared for property. Highly recommend for those that want to be out of the central tourist areas of Como or Bellagio.

What an amazing place!!! Everything was absolutely perfect . The view from room took my breath away. We were treated like royalty the entire time. There is a bus stop out front to take you to any little city. I just cannot express how wonderful everything was. We hated to leave !!! Thank you Hotel Lago for an amazing vacation.

I loved this hotel! A gem sitting right on Lake Como in the town on Torno. About a 15 minute drive from Como, and easy accessible via Ferry to other small towns on the Lake.
The hotel itself is very modern, clean and great design. The staff is beyond helpful. There is a restaurant and bar open on site, which was also good!
Highly recommend staying here!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Hotel Lago’s room was modern and spacious. Shower is excellent. The patio has magnificent views.
Sylvia the manager was very helpful as it can be a little tricky finding transportation to Bellagio because of the narrow roads and limited taxi service.
I would recommend hotel but be aware of the logistics of getting around without a car.

This small family run hotel caters to its guests. The property manager Silvia was professional and helpful - taking time to show us the whole property and explain all the area had to offer. We had a spacious room overlooking the lake with a lovely balcony. The hotel is walking distance to the town of Tourino using a lovely old pedestrian walkway. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lake Como.

What an amazing hotel! We had a wonderful time honeymooning at Hotel Lago. The hotel is very clean, everything is new, comfortable beds, spectacular views & friendly staff. The location is ideal for a relaxing time, far enough from the tourist spots, but not too far. We're looking forward to visiting again!

Modern, clean, with great and very accommodating staff. Comfortable king size bed, strong air conditioner that doesn’t turn off when you leave the room so the temperature in the room is always comfortable (very important when you get back from the outside on a hot day), and the bathroom has a large shower with strong water pressure (also important). We enjoyed out stay at this hotel very much.

This is one of the best hotels in Lake Como area. Amazing service , amazing hotel room with amenities , amazing restaurant. I travel a lot and have stayed at Aman hotels and Four Seasons. We were a family of 8. Booked 2 large family rooms. It is better than any hotel I have stayed at. Family that runs it is amazing. I interacted with owner Roberto and son Ricardo the most. The service they provided went above and beyond. Hotel room was very new and updated. View was stunning. Restaurant food was unbelievable. We are there twice infact. Better than Villa D’este across the lake. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The Singh - Bedi family would like to thank Hotel Lago for an overall excellent stay, kindness towards our kids and 10 star service and Michelin level food. Trust me. Stay here and you won’t regret it.

The hotel and the staff were very good. The room, rest of the hotel, breakfast and the parking area were very nice. We also loved the Torno/Como aera and the lake.
The only think we were very disappointed about, was the dinner at the hotel. The food looked, felt and tasted as “premade”. We are sorry to say that the dinner qualified to one star, the rest to five stars.

What a beautiful and welcoming boutique Hotel overlooking Lake Como!
The rooms are perfectly designed, offer spectacular views!! The bed, pillows, bedding and robes are wonderful.
They did not miss a thing when designing this hotel- we will come back for sure!
The owner and his staff were so welcoming- even helped arrange a private driver to/from Bellagio for dinner. He was an excellent and safe driver on some narrow and winding roads along the lakeside.
Truly cannot say enough good things about Hotel Lago~ Bravo!!

Silvio and entire staff were amazing. View is fantastic. Parking is great! Torno is a good home base and quieter than the other tourist towns. Hotel is impeccably clean. Breakfast wonderful though mostly continental. Rooms are modern and beautiful! Will be back.
