The stay was great, nice big garden. Big rooms, AC everywhere. What we appreciated most was the very helpfull host that accommodated all our requests, even went and bought an extra child seat as there was only one and we had 2 kids . The property also had some bikes which we could use in town.

Everything was ok

The villa Feltran is located among other villas about 800m distance from the different private beaches of Forte dei Marmi. Overall the villa offers a lot of space with a large living room and 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has no aircondition, however the others are equipped with a brand new model that is very efficient. There is also a separate kitchen with all you need including typical Italian coffee maker and a gas stove. The villa is a bit old and might need a bit renovation however everything is in order and working. There are also some moskito nets at the windows. There is also quite a nice garden around the house but there are really a lot of moskitos in that area so you better be prepared. However this is everywhere the same problem. We also received 4 bicycles for riding to the beach. Two of them had flat tires at the beginning but after one message to Daniela, the landlady, they were replaced immediately and we had 4 really good bicycles. It made it easy to go to the beach like this. The appartment was very clean when we arrived and Daniela gave us the key to the house and the garden. She really responses fast to all requests as described for the bicycles. Also the hot water broke and was repaired the same day. The internet was also very good but unfortunately did not work anymore the last 3 days and also Daniela was not able to fix it with the internet company. However I see this as not their responsibility but it a bit annoying because I needed to use the Internet for business. In summary I can highly recommend the villa Feltran especially for a familiy with children. Also our small dog was welcome without additional payment. Also the price was really fair, and Daniela a great host.

- There are a lot of moskitos - The bicycles were broken at the beginning but fixed after providing notice to Daniela - The frying pans are a bit outdated and a fresh one would be great. - The dishwasher was missing the cover but was working. It was not a problem but made not a good impression.

Spacious Villa, wonderful garden and cozy terrace. Large rooms and comfortable beds. There’s a beautiful fireplace in salon, unfortunately we didn’t have to use it because of the hot weather. Villa is located not far from Pisa and Florence. 20 minutes by foot from lovely beach.

There’s no sidewalk on the road near the gate of the villa. You should go out carefully.

In the reality villa is much better than on the photos. Great hospitality from villa owners - every even small request was met immediately. Help in each question. Water, fruits, wine on arrival that was very nice. Despite there is no air conditioning (that was mentioned) it is very very cool inside and on the terrace (because of materials and ergonomic of the house). Large rooms and very good large terrace connected with the house. Villa was very clean with everything you need inside: cell fans in every room, fully equipped kitchen, good plumbing. Free baby chair and good wooden baby bed. We asked for additional antimosquito treatment - the owners called the gardener immediately after what there was no disturbance from mosquitos at all (for the 1st time in Forte). Great location of the villa - nice road to the beach (Via L. Raffaelli), supermarket and small store, sushi restaurant very close.
