I am Cuban myself. What an amazing experience. Hospitality, friendly, on point. I truly enjoyed my stay. I am actually returning again in just a week.

It was a very nice place with an amazing view. We had problems with our original booking but the host did everything she could to find a solution and to help and we could stay in this place and it was the best place with an amazing view! Also she is very helpful if there is a problem or you want to know something, you can always contact her.

Upon our arrival, it was nighttime and drizzling. The unknown remained as we walked up to their third story hotel located on the top floor of a 3-story apartment building. With the morning, came a sense of relief and great appreciation for this charming 4-room hotel. Decorated in mahogany antiques, which the owners had brought from Spain, we were served breakfast in the heart of the home, the dining room. A fresh plate of sliced papaya, mango, and bananas were followed by eggs and style, a toasted ham and cheese sandwich, and delicious coffee. It was served by English speaking servers, who cared and appreciated our presence. My husband and I booked the larger room, the apartment, which consisted of a small bedroom outfitted with very nice linens, quality pillows and top-notch mattress. The large screen was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was small, yet well-equipped with quality towels. The kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker. Because I drink tea, the servers provided a thermos carafe. The gas stove worked well. We loved hanging out in our own living/dining room, equipped with antique dining table and leather furniture. Two AC units worked perfectly. Besides our stay, email correspondence by the manager, Beatrice, kept us informed on many restaurant reservations and independent walking tours. By the end of our 4 day stay, we felt as if we had been staying in our own home away from home.

Havana Dream was a perfect haven nestled in proximity to everything old Havana. I highly recommend this place, it is small and quaint and lovely and hospitable. The staff from Beatrice the manager down are all so helpful, generous and incredibly kind. I cannot wait to come back!

Lovely place to stay!! Nearby easy walking distance to several sights. Very well kept, clean, host and service folks super nice. AC works great.

At breakfast and after a full hot/humid day exploring Havana, it was a pleasure to meet friends in the common area. Our individual rooms were air conditioned, clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is an added plus and the staff could not be any more friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Havana Dream.

This is a lovely casa particulares in the center of Old Havana. The rooms were very comfortable and they had great air conditioning and all conveniences. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Internet isn't great but that is a problem all over Cuba...

We stayed at Havana Dream last weekend in adjoining rooms with us in one and our two young children in the other. We also had a kitchen/living room area. The space was much bigger than we expected and everything was immaculately clean. There was also an excellent laundry service. The hotel is very centrally located and we were within easy reach of lots of the main attractions in Old Havana. Our host Beatriz was wonderful, spoke amazing English and was very helpful. I would highly recommend Havana Dream to anyone.

Very nice property I recomend it 100 percent, Betty the Host was very helpful, and super nice with me, the only thing that i did not know is that if you are traveling from the U.S none of your bank cards will work there you have absolutely no access to atms or anything with american banks they are blocked by the U.S to Cuba so take a good amount of cash with you. But other than that i fell in love with Cuba, its people are very nice, there is no crime, and the culture is amazing defently coming back.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Old Havana. Everything is walkable and the host is very attentive to your needs. Definitely would stay again. The beds are also very comfortable!!

I was disappointed and false book order. They do not have transport. I paid room that I want to bring my friends in the room. They block my friend. That's why I piss off. The cheap hotel that is not worthy. 👎👎👎

Unique is the way Patricia managed the property and helped us with recommendations and guided us through Havana, especially since it was the first time for us being there. The place is really authentic, safe, with a spectacular view over the city centre, and everything is decorated with good taste and attention to detail. Overall, it was indeed perfect due to the manner in which Patricia handled all our requests on what to do, where to eat, what is best to visit, she is really the most valuable person at Havana Dream!

This is not a 5 stars hotel. It is just an apartments with some rooms. No elevator, it is situeted at the three levels of dirty stairs and on a very dirty street. The only good thing about it was a location close to the center. The view from the apartment over the other building roofs scary. The breakfast eggs, fruit, jus and cofee. No pastry, no butter, no cheese, no diary, dry bread. The bed was not king, the bath was so small, not a night table. The TV never worked. No free Internet. It was clean and have good furniture, but this does not make it a 5 stars hotel. We left a day eralier. Never again.

Fantastic stay with Patricia and her team. We stayed for 7 nights, we felt very looked after. The hotel was extremely clean, staff were lovely and really helpful. Patricia helped us become a little street wise and was on hand for everything we needed. The hotel is in a busy vibrant part of town and great location for exploring. Can’t recommend the Havana Dream enough. 10/10

This property was amazing. I was very nercous having never been to cuba and not selecting a large international hotel, but i am glad i did. Breakfast was amazing and made to order daily. The recommendations made by staff were also spot on. The room itself was plenty large with a nice balcony with a view of the capitolo. The place was easy to find and only 3 blocks from the central park, and 2 blocks from the main tourist street. When i return to havana i will stay here again.

The staff was amazing. Patricia was a beautiful hostess inside and out. Arranged taxi, food suggestions, and recommendations for night life. The hotel was centrally locationed in La Habana. Will return soon.

Beautifully renovated building. The area is very convenient to walk around old Havana and to the central park and Capitol building. Clean, comfortable, great a/c units. The best part was the people. Patricia was amazing. She has great tips for local restaurants, music, transportation, etc. We highly recommended this place!

Save your money..this standard of ROOM is available for a lot less.This place is not a hotel more of a home stay. I booked for 3 nights and within 15 mins of arrival said I wanted to cancel and have a refund given for the 2 additional night's as the property not as described on website and photos are misleading. BEWARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN .

Staying at Havana Dream hotel isn’t just a regular stay but an experience. Since you book you get personalized services souch as restaurants suggestions and reservations, airport pickup in a classic car , 24 hours staff , breakfast, guided tours etc . Havana Dream is located right in the heart of Old Havana, within walking distance to everything there is to see and visit in the area. Friendly staff and great service! Thumbs up to Patricia, the manager, who was very friendly and eager to guide us during our stay!

Patricia, the concierge, knows the city incredibly well and will anticipate your needs. She was an incredible asset during our visit. The rest of the staff are also one of of a kind. Friendly, timely, and always there with a smile.The rooms and shared spaces are lovely. The terrace will give you a 360ºC view of the city including the Capitolio and the Bay. We had an awesome balcony that would look over Obrapia. Excellent place to people watch and have a drink or just decompress. I can't recommend this hotel enough. I would book it over and over again.

It shouldn’t be rated as a 5 start when you look in Expedia, let’s be real. It’s really a Casa particular, not a hotel. Breakfast is too expensive for what is served. Staff are friendly.
