Our stay at JM7 was a wonderful beginning of our Cuba adventure. Everyone at JM7 was super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. Our bedroom was amazing ~ spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, with AC and great internet. Breakfast on the rooftop was a treat. The location is within walking distance of many great restaurants, the historic center, and the bay. We stayed at 4 other places in Cuba but JM7 was the best. We highly recommend staying at JM7 when you visit Havana.

Staying in Havana many times per year, I can say this was a welcome surprise! The architecture is outstanding, it’s very clean, great modern bathrooms/showers. Nice full breakfast, extremely friendly staff! Easy and safe walking to the San Jose Artisan's Market and the Malecon is also outside your door! Highly recommend this sweet place!

Amazing location close to Old Havana in a quieter part less than one km away; it’s a quiet neighbourhood. Do not let the simple exterior worry you as once you’ve entered, the lush central courtyard elevates to three floors with a beautiful rooftop terrace where you will have breakfast or just enjoy an evening beverage. The Bahia suite/accommodations are superb: clean apartments, crisp white fresh beddings, comfy beds and pillows. The unit had two AC and I actually had to turn one off bc it was way too cold but there’s an overhead fan to the 20 feet ceiling of the bedroom and that made temperature control perfect. Spacious and clean bathrooms with all necessary elements for a little bit of ultra luxury without being stuck in a big hotel; it’s a matter of personal preference. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruits, fruit juice, local coffee, toasts and egg. More than enough to start the day from the roof top terrace. The staff are excellent: Cristian is the day manager and Juan Carlos the evening manager. They are available for all your needs, whether it’s changing money, giving you directions/suggestions or making you coffee at 5am along with a to go sandwich (thank you Juan Carlos) bc your taxi is picking you up for the airport early, they do it all with professionalism and kindness. This is a little oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Havana. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent ! Had a lovely stay, room was beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. Staff were fabulous, extremely helpful and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone planning to stay in Havana, and would definitely stay again 10/10 experience !

We had a really wonderful stay at JM7. The building is really beautiful and unique and the staff were incredibly helpful navigating the complexities that can sometimes come with logistics in Cuba. Really enjoyed our room and the roof terrace for breakfast.

I could not speak more highly of JM7. The staff were very helpful and attentive, breakfast was very good, with fruit, toast, coffee, juice ( both with refills), and eggs to order. Very filling. A renovated old house, fit for a King. Wifi was strong and a rooftop giving views of the surrounds. Excellent for sun baking.

Great experience in Cuba. We love Alian who served us very nice! Compare to Meliá in varadero we stayed, we believe the time staying in JM7 service is much better than Cuba best hotel!

This was our first time in Cuba and wanted to emerge ourselves into the Cuban atmosphere and not be too touristy. They hotel was amazing the hotel was just as amazing! Everyone very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very walkable to everything. Absolutely loved and working on our return!

Really loved staying at this place, the staff were amazing and the property itself was fantastic. It's between a 5-20 minute walk to pretty much most of Old Havana, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing staff and property. Close to all restaurants, bars and attractions. Only bad part is you need to walk through a sketchy part of town for a few blocks. But no one ever bothers you. Even at night. Overall a fantastic experience

If you go to Havana, there is no other place to stay. Great location, close to plaza vieja. Very charming building. Big, clean and cozy room. But the best is the staff. Juan Carlos and Christian were the best. Super friendly, lovely and efficient. Juan, specially, was almost like a father to us. Always genuinely concerned about our well-being. The hotel also exchanges money with a fair rate and the transfer from the airport was done with a super preserved and charming old car.

JM7 is beautiful. We had a lovely stay and staff was excellent. They went out of their way to help us with reservations, taxis, and tours. The location was perfect walking distance to Old Havana. The staff have connections everywhere, nothing is too much for them. And of course the place is really beautiful, spacious, and has air conditioning (which is really important during the summer). Another important item was that their internet is free and reliable. We were able to connect with no issues while at this lovely hotel. Make sure to download a VPN before heading to Cuba so you can access your necessary sites.

5 min outside the main part of Old havana, but the extra 5 min is worth it. The best customer service by far that I have experienced. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. personalized breakfast each morning at the time you request. Able to change $, contact taxi service and let us know the places to visit.

I stayed for one night at this wonderful boutique hotel, the experience was beyond what we had in mind. The room was very clean and it has everything we needed,, very comfortable bed, fresh towels and bath robes. The staff were so friendly, Christian was our assistant during the stay, he was always there whenever we needed anything!! The breakfast on the rooftop was so fresh and filling... This place deserves more than 5 stars:)

We highly recommend staying at this property! We don't like staying in a typical hotel room so this property ticked all the boxes. It is exactly as pictured...but even better! The Master Suite has high ceilings with lots of space in the living area, bedroom and bathroom, a nice view of the Malecon, and it is very safe. We had 3 separate keys just to gain access to our room. The best part of our stay was definitely the staff, Javier, in particular. He helped us with restaurant reservations, taxi service, and anything else we needed. Our stay would not have been as enjoyable if not for Javier.

The property couldn’t be better. Plenty of space and all the comforts you would expect in a great hotel. Even more importantly the staff were amazing. Happy to help with any request big or small. Cristian, Javier and especially Arianne were amazing. Can’t thank them enough for a wonderful 4 nights in Havana.

Very clean, staff great and helpful. There was a water pump issue that was noisy at night, so they switched it off so we could sleep.
