The room was decent but the service and staff were absolutely terrible. The parking situation is an absolute joke. I paid extra to park in front of the building and went to a wedding and when we got back parking was full. The staff left me on hold for 17 minutes and said I can park across the street for $10 then try and get the $24 back from the hotel later. Why sell more than they have available?

like the location despite the noise of the area- what is not great is the parking and how much the hotel tacks on to pack close. Also asked for no feathers in room due to allergy at time of reservation, but that step not taken

The room smelled, carpet had stains on it. It was very loud - you could hear everything on the street and in the next room. You could feel the room shaking when somebody was walking next door and hear their shower. No central ac, thermostat for the wall unit didn't work. Soap dish was dirty, shower curtain was ripped. Definitely does not worth the money

Only issues was that NBC and the Weather Channel (during a hurricane) was not available in the room. And the WiFi did not seem to work in the room.

The room they gave use witch was a upgraded option was rite on top of kitchen noise and smell was a little to much they should really not have a balcony on that room nor sell it as a upgrade, should be discounted to be honest! But staff was great! Room also was very musty and almost smelled moldy ! But service was great !

For the price, I was disappointed. They have the old wall mounted ac unit, no bottled water in the room for guest, and overall they need to update the rooms. First time staying Hilton and probably the last. Better experience with Marriott.

You have a lovely hotel, and it’s in a central location, We enjoyed the day but the shower wasn’t cleaned, hair was in it, wasn’t cleaned at all.

No on site parking at this time due to construction on the parking lot. The Tex-mex restaurant plays music with its doors open till 1:30 in the morning. It’s loud even being on the fifth floor of the hotel. The hotel is excellent. Clean, friendly staff and great location!

The stay was perfect for our weekend at Silver Springs. Breakfast was good and the waitress was super awesome and friendly! Everyone on staff was very helpful and polite. We will definitely stay here again!

The outdoor patio music was at least 5 decibels too high. It literally hurt to walk through that door - I left immediately. One of the bartenders didn’t even k ow what beer they had. Another bartender was much better - but then running inside & outside let in the loudness. Absolutely terrible.

It was a beautiful hotel. The only thing that was wrong the bartender didn't know how to make a mudslide. She gave it to me of ice

The positive of the hotel is that it is in the square and can easily walk to restaurants, bakeries and even Starbucks. Breakfast buffet was $19 and they serve fake eggs! To me that's a bit much for not even real eggs.
It is confusing to find the front desk which is on 2nd floor. Not marked very well at all.
We were on the third floor which smelled like a pet store in the hallway. The elevators sounded like they were rubbing against something and very scary to ride.
The beds sounded like metal bleachers if you moved too much!! Very disappointing considering it is not that old of a hotel. The tile is all cracked in the elevators also. Just expected more than what we got!!
