U14 Helsinki was in the most accessible area to walk to all of our places of interest. The parking is a challenge. The restaurant was expensive. The service and friendly staff were helpful and happy.

Comfortable. Stylish touches in the room and throughtout property. Excellent location- convenient to many attractions, shopping, and dining. Had a few nights when we were eating late. Not all staff were aware of some of the late night dining available, of which there are many.

Janni, Adnan, Tatiana and Jenni Maria at reception were professional , friendly and very helpful. Julio and Chi always looked after us at breakfast. The hotel was centrally located and convenient. We will definitely be back,

Very nice hotel. Front desk staff are exceptional! Great location. - close to ferry to Suomenlinna and to the Esplanade. Easy access to top sights. Good restaurant, all around top choice for Helsinki.

We enjoyed the clean and comfortable room. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The gym and sauna were a plus. Additional seating in the room would have been nice.

From the moment we arrived, the staff took great care of us. We were finishing a month of travel throughout Scandinavia, and have stayed at a variety of hotels. This was our favorite - from the size of the room, the comfort, the beautiful bathroom, and the accommodating staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And the location was excellent, with easy walking distance to the Market Square. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a nice hotel in a central location in Helsinki!

Excellent location and very walkable to a lot of the sights, the port, waterway and street markets. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, especially after all of the long flights. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning and the kind staff at the hotel. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here. I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect. Short walk to everything. The staff were so kind and helpful and the breakfast included was amazing. The rooms and beds are so comfortable and clean.

Large room for 3 adult guests (2 queen beds). Room was setup for our arrival - sufficient towels, pillows, glasses for 3 (rarely happens in most hotels). Observant staff replenished room items as needed.
Restaurant (Version) was welcoming & served tasty food; opened late which was perfect for our late check-in. Service was great - appreciative of the kitchen staff for the accommodation.
Front desk staff helpful & friendly.
Fitness center is sufficient & held all the needed equipment. Clean sauna/shower area.
Overall a top notch hotel in a great location.

In my opinion one of the better ones in it's class. Beds are nice, and unlike most hotels, also the pillows were good quality (and not too large). Also enjoyed the fact that hotel itself is not too large, breakfast ingredients are good quality (though tea mugs could be much larger).

The breakfast at U14 is the best-generous, great variety, all freshly prepared. Version restaurant tasting menu is also amazing. Gym, sauna, bed, bathroom, toiletries, lobby, staff all superior standards. Comfortable, stylish, unique, exceptional furnishings, the multi-dial wall clock in lobby is an artwork of genius.

Loved this place. A block from the Harbour. High quality fittings and furnishings, no street noise, no inter-room noise whatsoever, excellent breakfast, handy supermarket two blocks away, seamless WiFi.

Just an amzing experience yet again. This time I stayed at U14 for a family occasion with my Lady. And she was equally impressed as was I . We booked a room with a bath tub and she enjoyed that to its fullest.
Great beds, great TV and a fantastic breakfast and the cocktails.... WOW!!!!. Thank you all for making oir stay so great.

Conveniently located near many many walkable sights and food options. Public transportation is so simple to get anywhere in Helsinki. Download the HSL app to purchase and use tickets on public transport, very easy to use. The staff was fantastic, Adnan and Aurora were 2 standouts that helped us with our travels. Adnan suggested the HSL app and it was great. We chose to eat outside the hotel restaurant just to experience as much of Helsinki as we could. Breakfast every day we went to a cafe down by the water for pastries and coffee. Nice, quiet hotel, great location.

A nice and modern hotel. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Within walking distance to good restaurants. There is also a Supermarket nearby.

We had a very nice 3 night stay, very cosy and comfortable room. The location was good, very central but a bit away from crowded streets (which is a positive). We would stay here again. Front desk team were very helpful and friendly and generally the team at breakfast were very good except for our first morning when I asked for some break approx 30 minutes before the end of breakfast service and was told that breakfast was over and there wasnt anymore bread which I found very strange!

U14 is now my favorite hotel in Helsinki. Everything from rooms to food to the staff was exceptional. Big, big thanks to the staff for always going that "extra mile"

Felt that the hotel is under budget control… a bit stingy in terms of refilling of teabags, coffee, milk… we booked 3 pax but only 2 teabags, 2 sachet of milk per day per room… breakfast selection also felt like under tight budget… but quality not bad even thought selections are quite limited… shower drainage clogged… but the service of staff is fast and good …

We had a lovely stay at U14. The hotel is newly built and beautifully decorated. The beds are lovely and breakfast included a wide selection of delicious food.
The only minus is that our room was considerably smaller than what was presented in the photos for the room category in question. We only stayed one night and travelled with hand luggage, so this was not a problem as such, just a little disappointing.

Amazing, Uber cool decor. Comfy beds, stylish bathroom, great location in the city center but stone throw away from the sea front. Great brekkie buffet. What not to love about this hotel. We will be back.
