There doing construction on the hotel and I did not know they started about 7/8am woke me up I couldn’t get my rest until checkout at 11 am like I wanted Room was ok ig bathroom was horrible and very dirty

Our room wasn’t cleaned the day we were gone.

Front desk young lady was super nice and professional

The lights were unplugged and so I had to use my phone to plug in the lights. The microwave was unplugged because they didn’t have enough plugs to use it so I had to unplug the refrigerator to be able to heat up my dinner. The swap out plugs to store my leftover food in the fridge

This hotel is just awful. There’s only 2 outlets in the entire room (none in the bathroom) yet you have to share 1 outlet with the TV, fridge, microwave, and the lamp, WHICH btw was the only source of light in the room other than the bathroom light. The tub was clogged and it took forever for the water to drain out. If you’re just looking for a place to take your side chick/man, then this is the perfect spot, but if you need to stay for a while I highly DO NOT recommend staying here.

People arguing all night

Service was pretty quick and accommodating as soon as I arrived. Just felt kind of left because there wasn’t any type of cleaning service during the days. But for the price can’t complain

The place is not clean. People were fighting at the parking lot around 2:30 Microwave is on the table but there's no outlet. Have to placed it on the floor to plug it in. Towels are dingy

Pretty dirty, but it was cheap. You get what you pay for. Parking lot is brightly lit which makes it feel safer.

There was chewed gum stuck in the headboard. Ac unit was coated in dust and debris and barely functioned. You could hear mice in the walls. The locking mechanism on the door was broken. The lights didn't work. It was truly the absolute worst place ive ever stayed at. And I've stayed at plenty of motels in the past. They make you sign a card accepting no refunds under any circumstances before you even see the room. Also if you are female they will text you from an unknown number and creep on you in your room. I left within an hour of arriving. Pics are not at all accurate. Just awful.

Staff was nice and helpful they allowed me an early check-in after my issues with the prior hotel they also offered us an upgrade and an extra day at the regular price

I paid online and the guy at the counter thought I was lying after I showed him the confirmation number and my receipt twice.he was being very racist because I was black. Gave me a dirty with cigarettes everywhere with no remote and said I had to wait an hour for another remote. After I had the Expedia representative call and confirm that I paid he was still rude and didn’t apologize. He end up moving my room and the other nroom the outlets didn’t work the lights didn’t work it was cold and the tv didn’t work. My key didn’t even work to the room and he said if I needed to get let in my room I would have to come all the way to the office. After complaining AGAIN about a new room for the third time it was ok. The tv worked and then heat worked but the towels were dirty and it was blood on the sheets!! Absolutely horrible. Expedia needs to take this off the app because it’s making the service look horribly wrong. Racist place they don’t like black people!!!!!

Couldn’t get over the smell of cleaning chemicals but yet the room still looked a mess and the shower wouldn’t get hot

The reservation was not reserved. Had to pay extra money. No towels in the room. It was cold on the when I got in there. No queen size bed. It was a very poor experience.

The night shift manager lacks professional integrity. His business was disrespectful, antagonizing, spiritually/mentally immature, holographic, and small;STREET/Toxic. If you choose to stay a night, you may want to take a can of disinfectant spray. The mattresses were dirty, no microwave, ac/heater didn’t heat up the room for in 223 very well. The morning shift managers are older, more mature, their business is better and I’m sure they aren’t gate keeping bad rooms through their spiritual/political conflicts of interests. God Bless You. We’re bigger and deserve much better than this war on mental health, faith, and will.

Made reservation but staff said there was nothing, I had a confirmation number. I requested a non smoking room but when I entered the room it smell so bad of smoke and cigarettes, not enough clean towels.

We enjoyed our stay. Mo the gentleman who checked us in was extremely polite and friendly. The property was clean. The room was clean. The on site parking was a plus My husband left his wallet and as soon as I called they told me they had it. The lady who cleans the room found it and turned it in immediately. I went and picked it up with no problem. Mo made sure that he was giving the wallet to the right person. I appreciated that level of security. The rate was extremely reasonable. The location was convenient. We would stay there again.

Could not stay, first the rooms weren't ready an hour after the check in time, walked into the first room the smell of stale cigarette smoke and piss hit me as I walked in. Mold and slime in the mini fridge, roaches in the bath tub. Immediately went to the front office and cancelled both room and found another hotel two towns over. Did not feel safe in that area at all.

Was dirty. The air conditioner didn't work great and the fridge didn't work at all. I ended up forfeiting over $100 just to get out of there.

Worst property I’ve ever stayed at. Spider webs everywhere in the ceiling. They had holes that were Patched all over the wall. And there was fights right outside my window. People yelling at 12am woke me up from a nice sleep. 2-10 stars for sure. Never staying here again. Knock the hotel down

Maybe the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. "Non smoking" room stunk of smoke. "Towels" were so small and dirty I went out and bought towels, also thought by leaving the room to do so it might not be 50 degrees when I returned. Despite cranking the heat on the filthy unit, it never got above 55 degrees on a 30 degree night. Bed was grabage and the threadbare sheets, pillow caees, and blanket smelled. Left before rmidnight and checked into a decent motel nearby.

This place at first glance had a stereotypical "cheap motel" look to itI immediately left as soon as I saw it from the outside I have no idea about the service or cleaning i left right away LOL
