The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the staff at the checkin/reception area were hard to find at times and not even there when we checked out.

No waffle mix for breakfast. They ran out .waiting for a supply truck! Ever consider a Walmarts - ingenuity. Paid for handicap room - one vertical grabbar in tub/shower. NO grab bars around toilet. Doesn't meet handicap standards nor photo of room i selected.

i booked a two twin size bed roo. when i checked in i went inside the room there was only one bed, the front desk hide this matter from me and took my money,i calle front desk right away they said hes gonna call me back, but never did. went to see front desk and talk about the situation , the reply from front desk was so ignorent and says that there is no room available. iask them about the money ,also ask why dont you tell me that if there is no room available before charging me . they guy in front desk named Mr. Omar, says that if you come back next time make sure you book through from hilton not from EXPEDIA.So i feel like iam robed, so never ever expedia again or HILTON,

This was the worst Hampton Inn I have stayed at. They gave us the wrong room, employees were too busy on their phones to keep up with breakfast or acknowledge guests. The bathtub did not drain and the shower could not keep up with hot water. There was a towel underneath the sheets left to cover a stain. It was also the loudest hotel, we could hear everything. We would not stay here again.

Area around hotel is a little rough

Went down to breakfast at 9:05am - no waffle mix, no eggs, no breakfast meat left. Front desk gal was rude and said they don't make the waffle mix this close to closing! The web site and signage says breakfast is from 6:30am to 9:30am. When I pursued the issue, she said they were waiting for the breakfast truck. A gentleman at the desk asked for housekeeping and she replied that they probably didn't have time to do it today!! She was the only employee in the whole place apparently. Terrible ending to an otherwise lovely weekend in Santa Fe.

Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. It was clean, very quiet, and an enjoyable stay. Our only complaint is the breakfast, which is lacking in both appeal and in flavor. Surely there are better options than frozen omelets and dry muffins.

Nice room and great bathroom.

The room was great, however the man that checked us in seemed very scatter brained and the little gal in the morning was very rude. Couldn’t even tell us good morning.

Property was clean, rooms are nice, breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. Only problem we had was front desk not answering and no one being up front in the mornings. We had neighbors that were figting at 2 am for about an hour. We kept calling front desk so they could do something about it and no one ever answered (I called about 10 times). When I went to the front desk in the morning and asked why they no one answers the phone over night the clerk seemed very uninterested and said they do night inventory so they dont hear the phone. Signs clearly state 24/7 front desk. Check in front desk clerk was very nice but the young lady in the mornings definitely needs some customer service training.

Great stay and very clean

The staff was very friendly. The hotel offered cookies, water, coffee and hot teas all day. They also offer a pretty hearty breakfast. Their rooms are very clean. They are located close to downtown Santa Fe and it's easy to jump on I25 from their location.

Very nice, comfortable, clean rooms. The pool was not as clean as the rest of the hotel.

So many missing details. Tiny toiletries and our room had two conditioners, zero shampoos. Trash cans were basically thimbles. Breakfast was not ready on time and sub-par compared to others in the area. Coffee was brown water. Protected us from the elements, but definitely not worth revisiting.
