Location is great and convenient to downtown area and there are great dining options literally next door.

Really liked our room. The setup was great. Very convenient to ferry. Could have been a little cleaner. There was a used water bottle next to the base of the bed. Also, the room could use another lamp.

Excellent location for a couple of nights on Mackinac Island. So close to Main Street attractions that one can walk anywhere along Main Street.

I was glad to have a space to sleep, but I was not a room I would want to stay in for long. It was clean, but confined.

The location and the staff makes this property five stars. There were some kind of steep stairs getting to the room making it little difficult for some in our group, and I’d suggest a topper for the mattress, as it was little hard for my liking but overall it was a very nice stay.

I would definitely stay here again. It is a quick walk from the Shepler ferry and an easy walk to a quieter part of town. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

The room was small but just enough room for us all to sleep. However the sheets on one of our beds was dirty with hairs all over inside it and didn’t fine out until bedtime and couldn’t get in touch with anyone to get new sheets. There were dust bunnies under the trundle bed. One lady at the front desk was very rude and snarky to us. The other one was really kind and helpful. No windows besides a skylight in the room. Felt we should have had better service for the amount of money it cost to stay there.

We only stayed one night but it was a fantastic experience! Our room was lovely! Very spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. The Pontiac is located right across from the docks where the ferry disembarks, so getting to our accommodations was super easy. We were right in the middle of everything to do on Mackinac Island. Just steps to bicycle rentals, carriage tours, shopping, and so many restaurants! While we were in the heart of it, we never felt intruded upon by outside noise or the hubbub of all the other happenings on the island. We were both super happy with our stay at The Pontiac Lodge.

It was a good choice. Right in the heart of the historic district. Short walking distances to all the visitor tourist attractions.

Solid place to stay when on a budget. Clean and close to the downtown area. Having only a skylight might be an issue for some. . .

We had a corner room. Good size, plenty of room for luggage. Nicely updated. Several windows. Close to everything! Very clean too! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location for access to everything. A lot of activity outside our window due to its location on Main Street.

Great place to stay!

Cute hotel. Great service and location. Microwave, wetbar and mini fridge was an added bonus. Room was small but set up very well. We didnt spend time in our room anyway so this was not an issue. Customer service was excellent. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent location, room is comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. Shower was pretty tiny. One suggestion I have is to please add on blackout curtains; the room is very bright at night.
