For a 4-star hotel, the rooms were not in very good conditions. We even had to move rooms because our first room did not have a working A/C and the room was located on the top floor with a slanted ceiling. The 2nd room had an A/C that worked better, but the room needed a lot of work, felt very run down. Also amenities are missing, no toiletrie items, no glass ware, no creamer, just too nasic for the price we paid.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and we had a lovely stay. Right by all the local transport and food options. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, great location with lots of dining options - 6 min walk to Interlaken west and a 5 min bus ride to Interlaken OST.

if you are visiting Interlaken this is one of the hotels to consider for sure.

Horrible customer service

I don’t recommend this hotel . The staff is really irresponsible and we booked AC room and the AC in the room is not working and they even don’t offer any room to swap .

Staff were super friendly and very helpful - even walked me to the bus stop and made sure I got on the right one.

The rooms did not have air conditioning & it was very hot

The location is fantastic. The room is big except for no supplies. The hotel resturant is also very good. Good for the family as there are 4 beds in the room.

Fantastic hotel in a good location. Good for both train stations in Interlaken. Very accommodating - my air con wasn’t working but they sent a maintenance man straight away. When it was not fixable they sent up a fan which was more than adequate. Friendly staff.

My cousin and I had a lovely stay in the Hey hotel. The hotel was clean and modern with all the requires amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room has an AMAZING view. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. The location was perfect. Lots of shops around. It was approx 5 mins walk to Interlaken West and approx 17 walk to Interlaken Ost. The walk to the Interlaken Ost was so nice with such beautiful views but if you don't wanna walk then there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Would love to return back in future.

A great location and good stay, nice breakfast and staff were friendly. However, cost of hotel very high so i feel value for money is low. If you need a good hotel and willing to pay more, would reccomend.

This is a convenient and reasonably priced hotel in Interlaken. A 5 minute walk from Interlaken West and 20 minutes from Interlaken Ost. Staff were friendly enough. The room was incredibly hot however as the air con did not seem to work properly. We asked for it to be looked at and they said it was working, but we were unable to sleep comfortably whilst there.

Overall very good property with great breakfast options. Near to bus station and walkable to shops and train station. Only downside AC was not working as expected and it was too warm.

Check In Man with glasses, was terrible. He seemed frightened to talk to a guest. It was the check in guy at the next desk who was serving someone else, that shouted over to me "Welcome to The Hey Hotel". My own check in man then told me that room 530 was on the 4th floor. What an idiot, needs to be dismissed. Another problem was that there did not appear a full container of hand soap and the bath one as well appeared nearly empty. On Day 1, the evening, they both ran out. On Day 2 after my room had been serviced, BOTH hand and bath gels had NOT been replaced. So I had NO hand soap and NO bath soap. Despite me alerting reception, these were not replaced. Reception appeared very busy with a Japanese tour group checking In, and the maintenance man was busy because someone was stuck in one of the lifts.

This is an amazing hotel. The room we stayed in was large. The room and property are pristine. The hotel is conveniently located closer to train stations. This is a must stay in Interlaken. The staff are wonderful. Breakfast spread is very impressive. Very strongly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel in central Interlaken. Parking available nearby after checking in but ability to park outside to unload in the first place not clear - just 2 bus spaces marked. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

There for family trip and it was a beautiful town, location of hotel was great. !! Walk to everything. Breakfast was excellent. The soace was used well and decorated lovely. Enjoyed our stay very much..

Amazing hotel with great staff. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and location is fantastic. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. You can get to any train station you want, Interlaken OST or West in bus right from the hotel exit. We had a great time. Highly recommend!

The family room (fortress) had ample space. However the room did not have basic amenities that most good hotels provide. It looks like an old room waiting to be renovated. The bed is not double bed. 2 beds joined together and not very comfortable. Bathroom exhaust doesnt work. Breakfast was good. In summary, for the price we expected better amenities in the room.

Excellent walkable location to shopping and restaurants. It is only a couple of minutes from the main Interlaken tourist strip and park. Nice cafes and restaurants all around the hotel.

Good, but missing on a few easy to address items. VERY good breakfast. Good location to main activities. Lisis restaurant bar good. 1) In room mini-refrigerator would be nice its expected at this price point IMO. 2) maintenance - shower/bathroom door wouldn’t close. Fan always on, even with light off - annoying. Had to close the door that wouldn’t close to get to sleep. Rm 525 3) minor - one of the ceramic coffee cups had a small leak - hard to detect but a problem when you take your first coffee in bed. Team should check. 4) bath soap dispenser was empty, Easy to fix with more attentive/communicating cleaning and maintenance teams.

I enjoyed my stay at The Hey Hotel. Parking was challenging but the restaurant was great. The staff was amazing and what a GREAT breakfast!
