Took 20 minutes to check in. Room was fine.

This was the most embarrassing day out of 60 years of my life going to hotels. This is the first time I’ve been so embarrassed and humiliated. The man called the police and said we did not pay for the hotel when we paid through Hotels.com the reservation paid the wrong hotel. The manager did not give me a chance to show her like I showed the police that the room have been paid for, my grandkids didn’t know what was going on. We were so embarrassed. Had the police come and talk to us and then walk us off the premises I would never say I have not received my refund from corporate or no one or Hotels.com.

Room 103, the thermostat doesn't work. When we arrived, we were not feel like we were welcome. This is not the first time that I stay at the Holyday Inn. But first time with a bad experience

Clean, professional, well-stocked breakfast, plenty of clean towels in room and at pool. Pool attendant & check-in staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially as we had our young grandchildren with us.

No one cleaned or replaced towels, no trash bag changes, and no mopping of bathroom or shower cleaning!!! The TV doesn't articulate from the wall, and the table and chair are in a horrible position to look at the non articulating tv.

The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is really good. The employee that did the check-in was rude. It seemed like I was bothering her by asking to check in.

The breakfast and all the waffle toppings were amazing! Pasty the breakfast attendant was awesome and kind. The room was ever efficient and clean. I give it a 4 out of 5 due to the indifferent welcome upon checking in. Clerks don’t greet you, no smile, no greeting. Instead just stood and waited for the guest to ask to heck in. They talked to each other. It was rude and off putting.

Hotel and room was very clean, and well maintained. The clerk checking us in talked fast and softly, so I had to ask her to repeat info. The other clerk that I encountered after, was more easily understood and very helpful.

Stay was okay but shower had hair in it, the toilet tissue rack was coming off the wall. Hotel was relatively quiet. One of the reps was really nice (the one that checked me in) however her coworker at the counter was very cold.

Great staff, very accommodating as i was not given the room that i had choosen online based on the pictures. They helped resolve this. The chromecast to stream on the tv wasnt working but other than that it was a great stay. I would stay again! 8.5/10

Staff was very pleasant and helpful! Almost perfect stay but one of our rooms the TV was broken making a disappointed group of teens trying to wind down for the night.
