Great stay. Room was great and beds comfortable. Staff great. Price of coffee was a little outrageous. Wife and I had two cups of small coffee for 10 euros. That is a little out of control. Everything else was great.

disappointed that they do not hv kettles, coffee machines run their rooms.
Disappointed that they asked that I pay extra to stay 2 hrs longer in room, especially after staying more than 15 nights in the hotel over the last 3 months.
No lunch or dinner service and no effect to make the 'small bar area' feel a little cosy so you feel relaxed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at IntercityHotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and my room was impeccably clean and attractive (the small refrigerator was especially welcome). In lieu of daily room cleaning they offered vouchers for drinks at the bar downstairs, which I appreciated. The location is walkable from the train station and to the major tourist sights, and the area is safe for walking even late at night. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the warm welcome!

This is a very nice, friendly hotel very close to excellent public transport and practically in the city centre. I really cannot imagine a better place, better value for money if you have business to do in Saarbruecken and surrounding areas. 4 hours by train to London, 2 hours to Paris or Frankfurt, short trip to Luxembourg.

This is a modern, quiet and clean hotel. Great for my needs as I was here for a conference at the University. Close to the train station and buses to the University. Also walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

The wonderful young lady in the restaurant provides excellent customer service.
I had already breakfast with my son but ee had to go so later o went back and aak for another cappuccino- she gave it complimentary. Great service mindset.
