Was clean and quite easy to get to and restaurants in walking distance.

It's a very nice hotel, our bathroom toilet had a black ring in it. Maybe they need to put some bleach in it. The breakfast was mediocre, typical continental breakfast, the only hot thing was the waffle. Would I stay again, yes or was a very nice hotel.

Cleanliness is huge for me. Bed comfy.

Snapshot - they took payment twice and are refusing to refund the duplicate payment Details - Turned up and they could not find our booking, despite me having confirmation. I had to book and pay for another room on arrival, after just landing in the country. I then check my credit card after my holiday, and see they have taken payment twice. Despite numerous messages, they are refusing to give me back the duplicate charges for some reason saying they do not refund cancellations. I did not cancel, I arrived on the day of my booking and and they could not find it. They don't understand this error, and keep saying they cannot refund cancellations as per their policy. I am still battling for my refund of the duplicate charge, but I warn anyone about staying in this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Young lady ar front desk was very helpful. There was no coffeemaker in the room and she was able to bring us one.

Clean, quiet, great location close to interstate. Bed pretty comfy, a little too hard for me. Would stay again.

I stay at this property at least three times a year. It is fantastic every time and I refuse to stay anywhere else in Loveland. It is always incredibly clean, and the one time I needed moved to a different room (shower head was leaking) they had another room ready in two minutes. My favorite hotel.

The property was newer, and look to be in good shape, the elevator was slow. The free breakfast was limited. The smoke detectors had a light that flashed every 30 seconds, that I toll the front desk about but after talking with the maintenance man he told me that it was standard and could not be turned off. I travel with a roll of tape so I put a small piece of tape over the flashing light.

Nice and clean, good service and good location if your going to Estes or Rockies and don't want to pay $400 a night. Breakfast good, waffle maker timer not working, but still able to make it work. Breakfast overall was good with choices (no eggs or sausage).. Elevator needed attention, would make a loud noise and jump a little when first moving. (not as bad as it sounds.) Overall was a very nice, clean affordable rooms.

It was good experience, staff is really nice. They let me check out earlier than expected date due to change in plan at our end.

The room was clean and easy to access on the first floor. The only issue was with the shower. The room had a shower only but the curtain did not contain all the water inside the shower, so the floor got very wet. There was also no ledge or shelf to put our toiletries inside the shower. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. It was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever had. Breakfast was small, but nice. The hotel is very close to Starbucks, gas station, dining options, and directly off the interstate. We witnessed multiple staff members going above and beyond to support an elderly couple who were displaced due to wild fires. Lots of listening and compassion. I would definitely stay here again.

This Property charged me for the room through Expedia (pre-paid), then also charged my credit card three more times for the room. I ended up paying nearly $500 for a very subpar room that was supposed to be $100. I have tried to contact the hotel on multiple occasions since my stay and am unable to reach the hotel by phone. They do nothing t answer their phone. Horrible service all the way around with illegal charges they were not authorized. Do not stay here, they suck!!

It was right off the highway, which made getting to and from the property great. Plenty of dining options around it. Room seemed to be very new, was clean and quiet. Really liked the layout of the room itself.

The walls were paper thin. You could hear normal conversations in the room next door. When walking down the hall, you could everything that was going on in the rooms. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower had no place to set a bar of soap. The choice was the floor of the shower or the back of the toilet. The shower curtain was two inches too short which led to a flooded bathroom floor.

Stayed there for a night after a long trip. Parked camper in back. Nothing tampered with.

Checkin was done online in order to “save time” but had to check in at hotel all over again. Maintenance walked in on me in my room without waiting after knocking; said they didn’t know I had checked in. Housekeeping did not check to make sure the clock alarm was not set and it went off early in the morning; the alarm in the unoccupied room next door also went off and rang and rang and rang…

It was clean friendly staff quick check in and out.

I’ll start with the positive: good location, reasonable price, newer facility. Now the disappointments. We were staying for 6 nights. The housekeeper knocked on our door after 3 nights to service our room. I asked her to come back the next day, since were going to use up all our towels, soap, & shampoo. When we got in the next night, nothing had been done, so we had to use the towels on the floor to shower! I asked for a full service next day. They did bring more towels and made our beds, but didn’t change the sheets, and still we didn’t have any soap/shampoo. The breakfast every morning was a joke. If you came to eat around 8:00, you were out of luck—one piece of toast left, no yogurt, no creamers, etc. One morning there was literally nothing there, including coffee cups! When my husband asked what was going on, he was told that the manager forgot to order supplies. That seemed like a lame excuse since there was a Costco five minutes away to replenish supplies. The final inconvenience came when we were using the microwave and the lights in the room and microwave stopped working. My husband went down to the desk and they said they would reset our breakers. That did not work and we were told that the maintenance man was not there that day. They offered another room for us to use, but since this was our last day, we decided we did not want to drag all our stuff into another room before we were to leave. They offered $10 off.We declined at the insult. We will find another motel.

They put me in a handicap room even though I reserved a regular room, the corners around the shower were nasty. My room got maybe 10 channels. The breakfast had a selection of bread products, waffles(the batter was no good and made sour tasting waffles that my kids didn’t even want to eat) the yogurt was also spoiled tasting and the cereal was stale. I reserved at the price of $124, I paid $134(reciept I signed) and was charged $152 when I called they said it was a security deposit that was not disclosed to us upon check in. Oh and the juice machine would not work.
