The property is beautiful and traditional. This location is close to everything you need. However, I do have 1 concern. I paid for a Superior Room which details show a large room with balcony and 1 double bed. Upon arrival, check in was easy and the receptionist was friendly. However, I was not given the room I paid for. I was given a much smaller room on the main floor in the rear of the building that looks like a standard room. I informed the receptionist about my concern and I was told that the main rooms upstairs were sold out for the day. So do I get a partial refund if I was given a room that costs less than what I paid for?

This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Perfect location! It's a little loud because it's on the town plaza, but that made for great people watching on the balcony. Very simple, rugged spot but the view and decor made the three hour bus ride worth it. Also the staff had great recs for things to do (we went horse back riding!) and it was nice to be so close to all the bars and restaurants in the square.

Ok hotel. Very nice staff members. Its centrally located with a lot of shopping and eating very close. The room was ok, but no window. That always bothers me! Also there is SO MUCH noise from outside, the streets and the nightlife. If you want a party spot this may be it! If you want a nice relaxing peaceful trip to Jardin than no, this is not the spot.

Also has a nice balcony that I enjoyed sitting on working. Only downside is that it is right next to a few bars that can get very loud at night, so if you're trying to get some sleep that may be hard especially on weekends or on holidays. However, I am a heavy sleeper so that didn't bother me. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
