This is unfair on the property owners to a large degree, but nearly everything about this stay away was close to a disaster. Firstly prior to departing for the stay, booking through Wotif became a nightmare when they took extra money from my account without approval. It then took close to 40 minutes to go through their process to demand a refund and have to rebook this accommodation. Their 'customer service' team may need to be redefined as something other than Customer Service The unit itself is nice and fit my purpose. By far though the biggest complaint i had was i got zero sleep as the group in the until next door have an stairwell access landing and platform to that apartment on the 2nd floor, which is right outside the units bedroom. There was a large group of (i'd guess 5 or 6) younger persons & they elected to have some youthful energetic discussions and smokes on the landing until well past 2am. Not only that, but I can now tell you which semi's that stop at the traffic lights on the Princes Highway outside the units were syncro-auto's and which were old school manuals throughout the night, cos the noise just traveled inside this unit as well from traffic on the road. It was such a bad nights sleep i actually drove back to Melbourne early the next morning instead of head inland to Ballarat as planned. Would I stay here again knowing the risks? Not a hope. That's probably unfair, but so was wasting 2 days of my annual leave and my dollars on this experience.

Great place to stay, parking was a bit tight though but not much you can do about that. Special touch with the bag of goodies too. I used the voucher for dinner too. I will stay again

Very nice apartment. Odd split level design. 1st floor had couch, half bathroom and refrigerator-kitchenette. 2nd floor had bedroom and bathroom with jetpool bathtub. Parking is a challenge as spots are narrow. A clean and comfortable room.

I always stay at a Motel In Warrnambool, but I will be staying here now. Very clean, spacious.

parking is a nightmare, limited spaces, very tight. The one bedroom apartment was alright, upstairs spacious & well downstairs very squashy, very uncomfortable. The noise from Raglan parade, the traffic, especially in the early morning was driving me crazy! Location was great very close to everything.

Close to shops and dining, the apartment very clean and modern.

Easy to book, excellent communication for check in. Walking distance to shops, does have road noise but if your out and about most of the time it’s not a problem. Compact kitchen and sitting area. Spacious bathroom and bedroom. Is curving stairs, so if mobility is a problem this maybe tricky. Spacious shower with great shower head! Thank you!

Had one of the worst stays here. Aside from the fact the people next to me were arguing and running up and down the stairs next to my room at midnight - I understand this isn't the accommodations fault. However the walls are so thin I could hear everything all the time - including the 1000's of trucks going past. There were black hairs all over my pillows, the hot water worked for a minute until next door started having a shower and I was left with a cold drizzle. Then as I was getting changed downstairs the door was opened by the cleaner. This was at 8.45am and without a knock. As a solo traveler all I want is a quiet room to work and sleep in.

Great property clean abit of sound from traffic. But very small car parks which need improving.

Well kept and very clean, has a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster with required dishes and utensils. Parking is limited and a bit tight but we got our space with no problems.

the property was what I needed for my stay. enough supplies fir my stay without interruptions.

I love the interiors and cleanliness of the property. I'm glad it's a walking distance to a lot of kid-friendly activities and plenty of dining options around. My son enjoyed the stairs and said that it felt like a home.

Was a great place to stay overnight whilst in Warrnambool. We had a spa suite, however it was a little difficult for my wife who stands just shy of 5' tall to get in and out of to have a shower. Otherwise the apartment was clean and only a short walk to the middle of the Warrnambool CBD with many eating options around.

Room is well equipted and comfortable.
