Microwave didnt work, mini fridge had leftover food from previous guest so it wasnt even checked upon cleaning. The toilet water was cut off because the bowl float doesnt work, so to flush you had to turn water valve under toilet on every time. Hot and cold water in shower was reversed so went with thinking we werent going to have hot water for a shower for a time until we decided to try it on “cold” and then got hot water. First day lady came in while we were in the room without knocking to come “clean”. Service probably wouldve been better if we actually understood what person at the counter was saying. Ended up leaving a night early just to not deal with it.

Reserved 2 rooms for family while traveling to Fla.. first room was filthy, food and blood, and black hand marks on wall. AC plastic housing was barely on unit and was broken in several places, barely cooling the room. Front desk didn't believe us when we complained and came to room to check. Accused my wife of moving the bed closer to the AC and it was just how we found it. She finally agreed to give us another room. 2nd room was in better shape but toilet handle was so corroded the chain to flush it with was at the bottom of the tank. I would have left but the reservation was nonrefundable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I booked a room for 2 nights and was highly dissatisfied. The first room I was given smelled terrible and when I requested another room I was told they all smelled the same. After insisting with management for several minutes I was reluctantly given another room. Upon entering the new room, the sink was full of live bugs, but it was late so I stayed in the room regardless. The next day I went out to enjoy the city and when I returned that night the door was wide open. I am not sure how long the door was open but when I went to speak with management they blatantly disregarded my concern and claimed I complained too much and would not do anything. At this point I was no longer comfortable with staying here my second night and I had to go find another place. And as management was no help, I have not been able to recover my money or obtain compensation in any way yet.

Although it was fairly clean, tv did not work. Refrigerator didn't work. Ice dispenser not working. Soda machine broken. Booked a king but got a queen bed. Opened fridge to find someone's old food in there

Room had no towels, very noisy and a drunk homeless guy was passed out in a car outside our room.

We checked in and after going to room it was so bad we could not stay there
We tried to get a refund 15 minutes after checkin and they refused because we didnt get to office in 10 minutes .It was 15 minutes
I gavee them the room key and booked at another hotel
I hope to dispute this charge

The room didn’t have microwave, hair dryer, or even an alarm clock. There were only 3 flat pillows. There was a dirty dried up wash rag in the shower curtain when I went to take a shower. The mattress was comfortable. The room smelled funky.

Other than being an older property - In other words, you could clearly see the ware and tare of the walls & furniture. There was an opening at the bottom of the door (no weather stripping) so insects/lizards could come in. It wasn't sealed, water leaked in from power washing.
I have no other real complaints. The staff was wonderful, very friendly, guest oriented, and helpful. Easy on/off access to I-95 and short commute to historic district of Savannah. Easy parking.
Room was very clean, cool A/C, comfy bed, and nice shower. Perfect for a quick overnight stop.

Place was filthy. Stained bath towels. Clerk did not know how to use the POS system. Had to get on the phone to figure it out. Didn't understand why I had to pay extra when I have already paid for the place. Cleaning came in and made the bed but never picked up trash I never gave out toilet paper had to go by my own. Well not be staying there ever again.

We arrived around 3:30 pm and the office was empty. After ringing the bell several times and getting no response, I found an employee on the second floor, apparently cleaning rooms. She was very polite and came down and checked us in. We already had a bad vibe about the place, though, just from the outside. We walked in the room and it just looked dingy. We had asked for two doubles, but the room had one king. We looked at the chair and footstool--both were old and dirty, and my wife wouldn't even enter the room. We returned the key to the office, paid for the night anyway, and stayed in the Fairfield Marriott nearby--much nicer!

The overall experience was good. Wasn’t trying to spend too much money so the price was reasonably good. The room served its purpose for my husband and I perfectly but there were a few concerns as far as cleanliness. I was prepared and brought along Lysol wipes so we made do.

The toilet seat needed to be change desperately, tub needed to be cleaned. The staff was rude because i pulled the sheets down to make sure they were cleaned and he told me that he didn't want me to stay on his property.
