The towels had stains, smelt heavy of smoke, the sheets were gross. They “changed it” and there was STILL STAINS. It located in such an unsafe location with zero parking. You to depend on street parking. I will NEVERRRR stay there again.

Asked for a dental kit in the morning. They had me come down to grab it from the front desk. It’s their policy. Smh

Confortable stay 7 minutes from train good breakfast !

Tried to contact hotel multiple times over 3 days a was never able to reach the front desk. First attempt was less than 10 minutes after booking. Ultimately was not able to cancel reservation because of this which led to me being charged and hotel won’t refund.

I could not sleep all through the night. Maybe it was the noise from the cooling unit or from outside the hotel. It was such an uncomfortable experience.

Trapped overnight against my will due to Delta delay, delay, delay then cancel flight @ 11PM. Convenient location to JFK Airtrain, easy and safe 5 minute walk.

Hotel is within walking distance of the SkyTrain/LIRR/subway station, which was super convenient. They don’t appear to have a storage locker for luggage, but the clerk was kind enough to hold our bags at the front desk with him which is a secure area behind a locked door with cameras. Room was clean and well stocked, bed was comfortable, AC worked, good water pressure..what more could we ask for? Great stay! We’ll definitely be back.

I was able to book a room last minute due to a long layover at JFK. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I check-out before breakfast started. I typically pay half the price for the same caliber of hotel and room.

Nice hotel but the Area is not nice

It is not far from the air train and though we left early am and we were very aware of our surroundings, we found it much easier to get to the air train. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel ambiance is fairly new, the room is clean no issues. The area where the hotel is located is terrible, there is no parking facility, the neighborhood is not safe. I got a ticket about 2 blocks from the hotel as I came in late and the parking was limited.

Actual room was very clean and updated. Lobby less so and breakfast was disgusting and overcooked or machines broken. Zero yogurt or anything in the fridge. Neighborhood surrounding was borderline unsafe. No where to walk to food at all.

The property was very expensive for the quality. We were stuck due to airline issues so we had to pay but I would not stay here again.

I booked the hotel due to flight cancellation. The area feels very unsafe. Lots of gang looking guys around it. Lots of junkies. I had to ask for a room change because of the cigarette smell and the price was too high for what you get.

This property was close to all the airport and airport trains.

I've stayed here many times and have always been pleased with the hotel and staff professionalism. It's clean, well equipped and breakfast isn't bad. Location is super convenient -- it's about 8mins walk to the Long Island Rail Road, the JFK AirTrain Jamaica terminal and convenient metro and bus lines. They're a bit strict on breakfast though -- so remember to ask about when breakfast ends because they close 9:30 sharp - no exceptions. On the downside (nothing to do with the hotel itself) it's unfortunate that over the years, since COVID, the surrounding community has become quite run down and dirty. The city seems to be neglecting this community and it shows. Uncollected garbage sitting in the streets, garbage all over the streets, lots of homeless people and weed dealers.. several areas along the way smells like urine. The hotel is great but the surrounding environment really don't do it justice.
